Hello! Welcome to Stone Creek Animal Shelter. We are a non-profit shelter that relies on donations to keep this place up and functioning properly. All animals are welcome to this shelter, whether found as a stray or abandoned by their owners, but we like to focus on all pitbull/staffordshire terrier mutts- a very misunderstood dog!
All adoptions are free, we just want to make sure you're well-suited to take your new family member home. You must fill out a form in order to try and adopt a dog.

Basic Information: #005
Gender: Neutered Male
Age: 6 Years
Reason for Arrival: Stray. Found running loose through various farmlands. It took several days to finally catch him due to his skittish behavior.
Notes: Fearful of most humans and seems very hand shy. Loves other dogs however and seems to be relaxed and lovable when with dogs. Bit of an escapee - jumps and tunnels under fences with ease. Eyes are bi-colored, may have some hearing/eyesight issues on his right side.

Companion: Fawn, another Bully just like Rasmus, was introduced to this house on the mountains and very spacious and away from city drama and noise. Fawn has many issues with loud noises and does not favor them. She gets along well with both people and dogs. We are hoping someday fawn can warm Rasmus up to his new owners eventually!

Companion: He has two other dog companions, one is a GSD called Buco and the other is one off the shelter bullies called Blue. They live on a farm with chicken, ducks and bunnies. Buco was bought because there were some foxes and the animals needed protection. Blue was adopted not to long ago, we had not planned to get another dog but when we were walking around the shelter. The moment i saw him i fell in love with him so we tried to get him and in the end we got him. Now we are missing a few shoes and all the balls are torn. But we love them to bits.
