Also, So are the adoptions random or do they occur at specific times of the day?

They're pretty random, half the time I don't even know what time of day they're going to be. I just set the timer for a completely random time and watch the countdown. That way people of all time zones get a chance even if I'm not able to be online to open the adoption( like at 3am my time haha)
