Amalthea is a really intelligent young kal. She has an amazing memory what makes her quite good at school. She prefers reading over hanging around with other kits, and doesnt really like social interaction. One exception is her family. She loves them a lot and would never let anyone talk bad about them. Her parentes and siblings are also the only ones who are allowed to call her Thea. From everyone else she expects to be called by her full name. Though this might change, once she gets her team on the academy.
Amalthea hates being lazy. She always needs something to do. Weather it is reading, making plans for something, or studying if two raindrops will fall at the exact same place. She cant just sit still and watch a film or stare at the clouds. There needs to be a quest about it. Just like the percentage of large clouds, or a quiz at the end of the film. It makes no sense to her, to just do something for fun. Documentarys are the only films she enjoys watching, because she can learn from them.
Thea can be really sarcastic at times. When someone annoys her, she will give harsh or sarcastic answers, to make them leave her. For example while reading, you should better not disturb her. She will get reall grumpy then, and might say something hurting. Although she probably knows she has gone to far, she will never apologize. She sometimes thinks she cant make mistakes, and its your own fault. This makes it really hard for her to find friends. But well, she thinks she wouldnt need some anyways. What does she have her siblings for? They are all she ever needs. This will probably get her a little sruggeling when she gets her team.

Relations:
Amalthea loves Eros a lot. When ever she wants a new book or a some scientific stuff she asks him first. She knows he cant say no, when she says its really important for her knowledge. She often watched him paint, but still doesnt really get the point of it. She asked him to show her, but all she learned is doing copies of something. She could never draw something that she had to imagine. And well, she doesnt really get why to draw an exact copy, when you can simply take a photo.

As for Psyche, Thea is often worried. She doesnt like all of his dangerous suggestions. She loves the rules to be followed strictly and to know everyone is safe. She though loves to listen to his bedtime stories. He at least tells her about the stars. Pure facts and history. Nothing made up. Its the only time, Amalthea prefers him over her other parentes. Just because she cant handle the word fun. No need for fun, when you can learn something. Though she admires his position as a navigator and asks him all about it.

Iris is Amaltheas favourite. She loves to spend all the day with her and learn new stuff. She enjoys how patiently Iris answers all of her questions, no matter how stupid they may seem. And secretly she adores it, when Iris says no to the dangerous adventures. If she will ever have her own family she wants to be like her mum. Strict when it comes to stupid ideas and helpful when it is about knowledge. Thea doesnt only love her, she admires her a lot. And she loves to help her with the lego.

Adonis is Amaltheas least favourite sibling. She cant get his laziness. How cant he want to know everything and just lie around somewhere? He can drive her really crazy. Thea though would still always prefer him over a stranger. He is family, no matter how lazy he is. And of course, he gets the love for painting. He understands what Thea cant. It somehow bugs her a little, how he knows something that is a complete mystery to her.

Amalthea kind of admires Astraea. She looks up to her leading qualities. She though doesnt understand her love for paintball. Another useless thing. Just like with Psyche she worries a lot about her safety. Astrea will one day get into trouble... and Thea wants to be there to get her out of it. At least her sister isnt lazy. Something that means a lot to Amalthea.

Theas absolute favourite sibling is Midas though. She admires him for beeing good at so many things without seeming to have to do a lot for it. She also loves how respectful he treats her. He never disturbs her while reading, and he motivates her to get better at lots of stuff herself. He is always a calm anchor, when she gets upset again. Amalthea enjoys his company the most, right after her mum.

Academy goals:
Amalthea wants to become a navigator once. She feels it would awesomly fit her memory. She remembers maps, constellations and planets very easily.
Another goal is to finish earlier. She works hard to get good grades, and wants to be finished with at least 20 years. She knows its hard to do it with 18, but 20 seems legit for her.
She is very nervous already, because she really wants to go to the academy. Thea is afraid she will probably have to do a test she cant pass. So she works hard to only get good grades, because every subject could be the one... The one she needs to go to academy. Not even the calming words from her parentes - "you dont have to worry, its not that hard to get there. You will have no problems at all.“ - can really calm her.

A small, feisty looking Kalon trots up towards you, holding a fizzing purple potion in her left hand. Behind her flows her pale rose-brown cape, her slightly tilted witch hat and her silky collar. She wears a cheery grin, as bits of her potion splashes onto the ground and makes an uncomfortable sizzling sound before dying down.
xxx“Hey, Stranger! Welcome to my potion shop, named Fire!” She exclaims, twirling around and grabbing onto a thin potion container laid fallen over on a shelf.
xxxYou tilt your head. Fire? What kind of name was that? Especially for a potion shop? You shake your head and gently nod. Must not be rude now. But… how did you even end up here? Huh. Strange. At least she isn’t terribly scary.
xxx“I have plenty of potions for you!” She says, pouring what seems to be tiny, lime green crystals into the potion container. She then pours a bucket of a thick, pine smelling liquid into it. It makes a small bubbling sound before everything in the container vanishes.
xxx“Uh… I’m actually not sure why I’m here?” You say as politely as possible. “I don’t remember much. I think I fainted or something then ended up near this potion shop, I guess.”
xxxA small dog bounds up beside her side, with thick, well-groomed gray fur and fluffy floppy gray ears. It barks excitedly.
xxx“Oh! How strange. Oh well.” She shrugs and gives an affectionate kiss on the top of the dog’s head. “I’m Celine, and this is my handy partner Bird.” The dog barks once more.
xxx“Hello, Celine, I guess.” You say with slight confusion in your voice. There are many things strange about this, but you better not question Celine about it.
xxxCeline smiles and trots off, quickly coming back with a pretty coloured blue potion in her hand. She’s careful not to spill a drop. Unlike the other potions, this one is quiet and calming to look at. It also smells very much like... bubblegum?
xxx“Drink this,” she says, giving you the potion. “It’ll help you travel back to wherever you were before. Careful, this potion is extremely hard to brew and you only get one chance to drink this.” Celine warns sternly.
xxxShe quickly walks off, Bird closely trailing behind her. But she dropped something. You bend to pick it up, but then something quickly slaps it out of your hand. You look up, and it’s Celine with of course, Bird.
xxx“I’m quick, aren’t I?” She smiled. Celine was holding a dark brown covered book with the words ‘CELINE’S WORK’ printed boldly in white letters on it.
xxxShe leaves once more, her tail dragging behind her, closely clinging onto her book that she dropped.
xxxYou start drinking the blue potion, unsure if you should trust this totally random stranger. But within seconds, you fall back and you get engulfed in nothing but darkness.
xxxThe only words you can hear are, “hello, stranger.”
