As fall drifts into the forest, tents begin to be pitched in a large clearing. All manner of babusagi seem to be gathering there, some you’ve never seen before, and others you vaguely recognize. You choose to follow the crowd and find yourself staring at something like a makeshift marketplace. The tents all around seemed to serve as stalls for babusagi to sell their wares, or gift them as prizes for games. A path branches off into the woods, lined with a fence. On this fence is a sign that reads 'Trick or Treat'.
In the distance you see a much larger tent unlike the others - it was closed to viewers but colored smoke drifted from the top and beneath the canvas. A sign reading ‘Information’ beckons you to enter.
Hello, hello! Welcome to the Witch’s Workshop!
A cheery voice calls out to you, and you look around to see a babu standing of a cauldron, the source of the smoke. Lining the walls of the tent are wooden shelves filled with jars and potions.
Oh, you didn’t know this was here?
The babusagi seems to have noticed your confusion and moves over to you.
The Witch’s Workshop is an annual gathering of the babusagi behind those potions and candies you see around that alter your appearance with magic. Anyone is free to participate, of course, so enjoy yourself! And be sure to check out every part of the event, especially the Path of Tricks and Treats. There are many new gifts this year never seen before!
