“I hope I can be a strong warrior.” Blazekit meowed. She smiled at her sleeping siblings. “Who knows maybe I’ll end up mentoring one of them.” She purred.

“Well it doesn’t hurt to let Mom know we will be just outside the den playing.” Mousepaw mewed. She then ran out. Sure the snow was cold but if they didn’t stay out too long they would be fine. She then tried making a ball of snow to play with. “It’s no moss ball but we can still have fun.”

“Squirrelpaw will soon become a warrior. I’m so happy for her. The clan could use another smart warrior.” Smokepaw meowed. Smokepaw thought she and Squirrelpaw would be good friends.

Wolfsong laid in his nest, curled around Heatherfang with his head on his paws. His eyes were open, staring out at the front of the den. He let out a small sigh, he was suppose to be going to get his nine lives very soon. And though he'd come off as nonchalant and relaxed about the whole thing to the clan he was actually very nervous. He had no idea what this would be like.. And he'd be seeing cats who were dead.. Actually talking to them.. What would that be like? Would he be starting the grieving process all over again? Coming home wishing for nine dead cats he could never truly bring back?
