His large paws crunched through the snow and dried leaves that rested underneath the white slush. Trees hanging overhead, strong breezes shaking the leaves, causing bits of ice and snow to fall onto Bigby's nose. The two moons shone overhead, hidden by the overcast branches and leaves. Trudging on through the wilderness he lived through, he had never seen clouds. Only the leaves that blocked the sky.
What did the sky look like, anyway? There were two moons, you could tell that easily, as there were two different sources of light at night. Glowing a dark, maroon red. No matter what the sky looked like, no matter what the moons looked like, no matter what the clouds looked like, Bigby would call this home. Venturing through his home with no end.
Letting his head fall down to stare at his formerly brown paws, littered with cold snow. Some white fell off of his head, falling onto the ground and his muzzle. Smiling softly at the sight, his paws took him away to stroll some more. Maybe find a nice tree to sleep under.

world; Jazmani lives on a planet where everything is bright, because they have no "nighttime"! The sun is always up and because of this, the inhabitants have very warped perceptions of time. Her home is a vast mountain range where snow dapples the peaks and thick fir trees rise into the air. Their sun is far enough away that it only sways temperature a certain amount, so while it's kind of warm all the time, Jazmani lives comfortably among her snowy mountaintops. Odd, deer-like critters with three eyes and curious gills roam the foothills below, while more sinister, four-winged leathery creatures drift overhead. Brightly colored bugs litter the ground and trees, and grasses and small shrubs so seldom grow at such an altitude that small animals akin to rodents have never been seen this high up. There are other, fuzzier kalons even further up but sleek and quick kalons at the base, living in the bowl of the valley that Jazmani's mountain range encircles. The valley is vast and stretches on for miles, mostly clear, grassy plains with dense thickets here and there. A river runs through the center, threatening to spill over viciously when the snow melts in their brief, miserable summer. Jazmani finds plenty of bugs to go around eating, and her favorite are the big, candy red ones. they like to hide under fallen logs and eat the dirt and decay.
