username: silentmelody || name: ray (meaning "regal" in french) || gender: male

personality: he's a bit stuck-up, but he makes up for that by being fairly charismatic and flirty. ray only spends time with very close friends, and he finds it hard to trust people he's only just met. sure, he'll flirt with a total stranger, but that doesn't mean he trusts them or has feelings for them. although, ray is somewhat of a hopeless romantic, and he often fantasizes about finding the perfect man for him. he wishes one day to be swept off of his feet and to dive headfirst into love. if only he weren't so snooty and distrusting of people.

although, it's not his fault that he's this way. in fact, ray has had a bit of a bad past. there's been multiple times where he's found himself being ridiculed by his sister and the people at school. on top of that, ray has been bullied for being too "feminine" or seemingly "gay". because of all the harsh words, he's chosen not to let people to get to him and act as if he's better than them instead.(179 words)

dreams for the future: although he doesn't show much potential in most areas of his education, ray spends most of his time sketching and creating fashionable clothing. he isn't the best at it, but he's getting better with time and already people are fawning over his creations. fortunately, ray is almost done with middle school and is just going into high school where he'll hopefully find time to pursue his career once he's finished with his education. good thing boring classes spark imagination! his favorite types of clothing to sketch and make are dresses and skirts. his favorite color combinations are pastels and light colors, mainly lavender (he's obsessed with lavender and even dyed his hair a lavender color). family relationships: ray loves his fathers, but he was often bullied in school for inheriting the "gay" gene. of course, now he doesn't care what others say and comes off as flamboyantly feminine and gay. ray dislikes how ganymede will cover up his third eye with his hair and will often try to style it for his father -- though usually failing. he also loves his other father, itsuki, and even tries to update his fashion sense as well. it's only ray's sister that he has trouble with, as pele can be very fiesty and harsh.

likes:
-- pastel colors: he's obsessed with pastel colors, especially lavender, which is why he dyed his hair lavender.
-- nature: he loves everything about nature, and he bases a lot of his creations off of various aspects in nature.
-- exotic foods: he loves exotic foods, especially japanese, chinese, and indian food. spicy? you got it!
-- tea: growing up with itsuki as his father, of course he has to love tea, and he drinks it everyday.
-- warm water: who doesn't love a nice bath or a soak in the hot tub? it's one of the most relaxing things for ray.

dislikes:
-- cold weather: definitely not any fun for ray. runny noses and chapped lips? no thanks!
-- bullies: due to his past, of course it's natural for him to hate any bullies, whether or not they bullied him.
-- weeds: the only thing about nature that he really hates. weeds are just extremely annoying.
-- licorice: okay, who even made licorice? absolutely disgusting in ray's opinion.
-- goth/grunge: totally gross fashion statement. wearing dark colors all of the time isn't a good look.

Since there were some issues regarding the comp and such, I added two 500 word extras and am allowing two more art pieces.
