lokian loves to write.. he is an artist and an author.. he has a very large imagination and he loves to watch silent movies.. he likes to be creative and he loves old folktales.. like rapunzel and romeo and juliet. lokian loves to write about how he thinks the world works and he also likes to write about galaxys and chakras and reincarnation. he loves his shine because he thinks it shows he was destined to be a author he thinks he was meant to teach people how to believe in their own thoughts and not let humanity change how they view the world..

{ kalon's shine } - Cor is incredibly shy, though he may not look it, and as such doesn't tend to put much of a spotlight on his shine, even though he himself absolutely adores and almost obsesses over it. This doesn't mean he doesn't get tons of compliments from awed kals - and with each compliment his face adorably flushes a deeper red. His shine is in the shape of a spatula hummingbird's tail feathers. Starting at the base of his tail on the top, four thin lines seperate from a single point, two curving down each side of his tail and ending near the middle. Two of the four, one on each side, widens into an almost fan shape. The shine is a soft lilac in color.

{ kalon's shine } - a raven's feather; as a newborn kalon, laila was abandoned by her parents, and nobody knew. she ran away and a pair of ravens found her nestled between 2 tree roots. they took her under their wing; literally. they taught her how to find food and water, and how to make shelter. laila eventually left the ravens, going to live with her own kind. she still returned to her adopted family often, sharing stories of her adventures with other kalons. though, something was different about the other kalons. in fact, all the other kalons. they all had shines, and laila did not. she longed to have her own, unique shine, wanting to fit in. a year passed, and a shine had begun to develop. it looked like a small blob. that blob, over the months, turned into a magnificent black raven's feather. laila had rushed to her family every time it changed, showing them the development. laila had been extremely happy when it finally turned into the glossy raven's feather, as it reminded her of her adoptive family.

{ kalon's shine } - ever since kalons have looked to the stars, there has been a fascination for them. some would see patterns in the stars, and they called them constellations. some kalons had patterns resembling the constellations they had mapped. one of them was 星の王, or Hoshi no ō. his shine resembled the constellation corona australis, or the southern crown. he wasn't royal, he wasn't even close to related to the royal family. but alas, he was still spoiled by all. eventually, he had lost everything. he had to rebuild his life, piece by piece. he's still trying to fix his life to this day. some have wanted to immortalize him in the stars, while others don't.
