★ What is a Celestial Dragon? ★
Celestial Dragons(CDs) are a small breed of dragon, closely related to Fu Dogs. They have a silky, ethereal mane that swirls and shines like a galaxy. They vary in size from a small fox to a large dog, and are covered in a thin coat of soft fur. Their pupils are star shaped, and every CD has a star marking in their coat or mane. Please make sure to read the species rules before trying out!

To win this dragon, write a poem, haiku, or other literary piece about this dragon's history or personality. The catch is: Each line or sentence must start with an alphabetical letter, and continue from that point in the alphabet. Here is an example:

A dragon was once on an adventure. But, a storm rolled in. Cautious, he took cover in a cave. Disturbed by the clouds rolling in, he cowered low. Eventually, the storm passed by. Finally, he thought. Grateful, the dragon went on his way.

I hope that clarifies this. You don't need to start at 'A', you can start at any point in the alphabet!

awestruck, i watch on
behold the tiny flames,
catching like a forest fire
dancing on the night breeze,
eventually, however, everything ends
forever i wish for them to
glow, to light up my world
holding on, i never let them go
is everything going to end this way?
just leave and take my life within its grasp
kill my soul and walk away
luckily the answer is no
maybe sometimes, but
no
one by one the flames light up
pre-existing fires i didn't have the courage to see
quivering in the night breeze i watch on
rain soon begins to fall from the sky,
so the lights flicker off
turning away, i smile
underneath, the world isn't all bad
visibly, at the very least
when you are around, my firefly.

Killed seemingly in an instant,

Lacking protection from mother nature's duty.

Matched only in power by its sister forces,

Never faltering in its persistence,

Onward the fire raged,

Partnered with the wind in their coexistence.

Quietly she would observe,

Resisting the desire to flee

Seeking consolation in the fact

That soon there would be the trees' mighty progeny.
