yes, that is correct! The myo must be under the customs thread before it can be approved, however.

and to sort of add to this.. if we wanted to transfer a kit not on the actual lines we would do the same and have it moved to transfers?

Im just double checking for reference. If a kalon used magical words, ex they summoned a butterfly with some enchantment of a sort, would that be considered legendary? They had no magic, simply using words. I'm just double checking, although I'm pretty sure it's not. Thanks!

You can contact a mod / report the thread and request it be moved to the customs thread (with a link to the thread of course :0c)

Your best bet would be PMing an artist to ask if they're open to make HM customs - although some artists have in their signatures / profile info about whether they're open or not :0c
