Well Hello,
You must be the dogons that Current was telling me about. I am Orien and this is where I live. Current has decided to help me out and said that you could help me. My pack of Dogons are looking for homes of their own because there is something going on here. The fog that surrounds the ruins has gotten thick and it is easy for us to get lost within them. Some of the Dogons have also noticed caves and new pathways opening up and are eager to explore them.

Welcome to the first Dogon Summer Event! We have found a set of ruins that are home to a new group of dogons,
all with specialize horns that will only be available during the event! Unlike the usual adopts, the adoption limit is only 2 per person to make it so everyone gets a chance to get their very own! The competitions will be slightly different as you will have to impress the dogon in order for it to join your family so be sure to put effort into the forms!

As well as traits, there are also some items that are specific for this event! You cannot buy them but you may stumble across them during your travels!!
Muddy Paws
Fireflies
Vines on Antlers/Horns
Cuts/scars
Lanterns
Snakes
Necklaces/Lost gems

You could even find Scales!

During this event, you may pick one dogon a day to explore the ruins and caves! During their travels, they cannot be bred or used in a rp (unless it is a rp about the ruins themselves). There will be different amount of times you can send them out for ranging from 1/2 a day to 3 days! Once the Dogon returns, they have the chance of bringing back an item, scales or even a Dogon. The longer they are out, the more likely they are to find something special out there but also a larger chance of them getting hurt! Orien tells me that some of the Dogons have seen eggs within the mist surrounding the ruins and so you just may find them there!!

Let me tell you about the natives of this area. Most of the Dogons here do not have wings, Weird huh? and they have different antlers than us! Some even have other traits like specialized tails and ears! Most of the natives are also based off of some animal irl so be sure to look for the different adopts that show up!

Do you want to explore the ruins but don't have a dogon? We still have a couple up for adoption outside out the event so feel free to put in forms there!

You may also message me and I can "Loan you" one of mine! This means you will not own the dogon that explores but you will get to keep the items found while exploring!
