I really liked this name. It has a meaning and does match what he stands for as mascot!
Since he's a mascot, no one actually owns him, but he does technically belongs to me, but you don't need my permission to draw/roleplay with him!

Now for your semi custom, go to the Information Hub and choose a base that is either standard or common. Then go to the markings post and suggest some markings for your custom! They don't currently have to be on the list. PM me what you choose and I'll get started on your custom.
