      Username: Dolly
      Name: Belladonna aka Deadly Nightshade
      Gender: Female
      Color Choice: Blue

Personality: Along the path runs a beautiful creature. She caries many of the same book, a blue leather coated book with flower markings. You try to get her attention but are met with aggravation. Too annoyed by you she hands you a book and she heads on her way. You begin to read it.

      Introduction wrote:
Belladonna, or as it is more known as, deadly nightshade. Belladonna was given her name due to her affinity towards the plants. Though the seven souls inside can never agree or get along for that matter, they’ve created a separate entity entirely thus deeming this new character, Belladonna. In the depths of the forest she roams, keeping herself distant from any others out of shame of some and anger of others.

The most powerful of the seven souls would be Queen Ivy. She is most often represented as Pride in all writings the creature Belladonna has made appearances. Ivy was renowned for her beauty in life. Her tail of peacock feathers and voice were enchanting, simply mesmerizing. Her pride though, got the best of her. She believed she was more than a queen, she was a goddess. Her pride and disrespect towards all caused a legendary war leading to countless deaths of her own people. In the underworld it was decided she deserved more than torment, she was sent to the darkest depths where she was to wait for the other six.
Next is Ophelia. She has been deemed Envy in the same writings. She was a dragon tamer, definitely no rookie to it. She was always one to long for the other side of the fence though, she wished for what she could never have. Like Ivy, this got the best of her. For what she could not get, she’d use her dragons to get. Her beast could break down any fence and leave countless dead at the same time. When she was finally beheaded, she was sent to the darkest depths where she was to wait for the other five.
Then followed Lilith, deemed wrath. An enchantress, she used her gift of plants to do her bidding. As a child she wasn’t anything special, she was bullied and she was wronged like most other kalons. Some call it a gift, some call it a curse but one night as she was reading she accidentally casted a spell on herself giving her the powers to control plants. She kept it quiet for a while but once enough was enough, she decided to slowly remove of them from the earth via everything from plant based poisons to strangling in vines. She sadly though, was taken by her own plants and like the previous entered the depths to wait for the other four.
Then arrived Desdemona, the only daughter of Ivy. Deemed Laziness. After the death of her mother, she was passed the kingdom. Though, she couldn’t care less for it. Under her rule it faced a fate as bad as what her mother had caused. Without her guidance the streets were filled with crime and destruction. She was killed by her own council where she was sent to the depths where she would wait for the other three.
Then Rue came along and decided as Greed. She made no effort to hide her greed, she was more than transparent with it. She lived on the streets and mastered the art of theft. She stole everything she could get her paws on, the royal crown, a simple bracelet, or maybe a flower she liked. Normally a theft would not hold the same space as a murder but her habit caused something as horrible. After stealing cursed weapons knowingly so, she sold them to the highest bidder letting the wreak havoc around the area. A bounty was put on her and she entered the depths to wait for the other two.
Then Elvira, gluttony. She was a siren, beautiful and enchanting, though cannibalistic as you'd imagine from one. Her looks were enough to make any sailor jump over board. She was pleased enough to stay put on her rock until one got smart enough to block out her song, Clarice. She stole her song and ran off with it. Furious she followed but was met with a local kingdoms dock. She entered and became lustful for power. Without her voice it was difficult but she was still a siren and found other methods. The responsibility though was too much for her and she went crazy. She eventually took her own life and entered the depths to wait for the last.
And finally Clarice. She was given the representation of Lust. A messenger for the gods turned local dreaming pirate. She was loyal until she did what they forbid the most, enter the mortal world. She met a pirate and joined his crew. Once she got a taste of taking what she wanted, she didn’t want to leave. The gods were furious she’d disobey them but they had no power to punish her until the day she was destined to pass on. They awaited that day and as soon as the clock struck midnight, she was a goner going to join the others.
Once the seven were joined together the gods formed a vessel. A form of punishment worse than suffering there for eternity. They were forced into one single soul sharing aspects of each of them where they would spend eternity. Of course the vessel could only last so long but once she was to die it would be remade in an endless cycle.

Personality:
She rarely spoke, and when she did speak it was merely a whisper. Somewhat like a soft hum. Not many beings know her existence, let alone a clear image of what she looks like. When Kals tell tales of her it is considered to be "Stories". Just a little something to entertain or distract little kits. Some consider her to be a legend, others just a big fake.
Little did they know, she was lurking in the forest that nearly surrounded the small village. Far from gone, far from fake.

Lythiana is a guardian. At least, that's what she think her self is. She takes care of the beginnings and endings of the creatures who occupy the forest. And...occasionally the ones who live in the village.

The sick ones, the abandoned ones, the ones on their very last journey. Lythiana guides them through, doing what she can do. None of the beings she help are conscious or well enough to realize her presence. She comes and goes without a trace, leaving no possibility for a visible mark on one's mind. Her work is never easy. Taking care of abandoned new borns, taking care of the ones that fall sick, comforting those who are about to enter the new world, leaving this one forever... it is a never ending job too...one that requires patience and the ability to sympathize well... Lythiana never hears a word of gratitude. Not because they are ungrateful, just because they never know she was there. But she'd do it all over and over again, with out hearing a single word of thanks. Guiding them through their sun rises and sun sets.

Her purple pelt doesn't exactly seem to help her in any way, but she thinks it fits her job. The color of the sky at both sunrise and sun set. For every creature has them both, and she will be there for them both.

she should have seen it coming.
it was the eighth of january when her mother went missing, but the disappearances had started way before that. it only made sense that they would think it was her, because life just isn't fair like that.

perhaps it was her otherworldly beauty or her peculiar affinity towards nature and healing, but she never truly fit in with the other girls her age. most were jealous of that which they did not have and found it strange that she was not interested in the usual things young girls fawned over. some would call her a witch or cursed, or simply just an oddball, but it wasn't until later, much, much later that these accusations became hostile. eventually, it came to the point where she was no longer welcome in the town she once called home and forced to leave everything she came to know and love behind her.

the air was cold. so, so cold that winter's night. each breath burned her lungs as though it was fire and not ice that caused them pain. the winter winds lashed against her small frame, driving her body into the ground time and time again, yet she still managed to find the strength to stumble her way along. she had nowhere to go and as the minutes kept on ticking by while she endlessly walked the expanse of the frozen landscape she couldn't help but think that each small rock and shrub looked exactly the same as the last and would look exactly the same as the next. she had lost track of the time; had it been days? or only a few minutes? exhaustion slowly began to creep up her legs and settle in her muscles and bones. she collapsed, her legs no longer able to support her body. there was only blackness.

she didn't know if it was a dream, or her mind simply playing tricks on her; it certainly felt real enough. "Am I dead?" she certainly didn't feel dead, although she didn't quite know what being dead would feel like in the first place. "No, darling, simply trapped in between a state of life and death." it was quite a queer sensation, not being alive; for one, she should've been feeling something right then and there, anything would have been better than nothing. but it felt as though a wave of calmness had enveloped her and left her feeling numb. "Are you dead?" it was a peculiar question, for, in reality, there was more than just one simple to answer it. "In a way, yes. But, death is a part of life, so in a way, no." perhaps she should've asked her how she died; to this day, she can't for the life of her figure out why she didn't. but, some things are better left unknown.

it hadn't felt long; only a minute, but when she had finally awoken from her slumber, it was already spring. the ground was still moist underpaw from the melting snow and ice and april showers. the first few blades of grass had begun to sprout, the buds on the trees were beginning to bloom into flowers, and the birds had returned from their long journey to gift the land with their song and music. she couldn't quite remember her mother's last words before waking up; she knew it was something important, but it was as though a fog had settled over the memory, making it as distant as the horizon. she was on her own now, but maybe that wasn't such a bad thing.

many years have passed since she was a young, lost kit. after all that's she been through as a child, she is quite distrustful and cold-hearted towards strangers, preferring to keep to herself and the creatures of the woods for the most part. on occasion, fate will guide a wounded or ill traveler her way. with a strong sense of compassion and altruism, she will take care of her patients for however long they need her, but most leave and rarely thank her for her kindness. despite not having been the most social of kits growing up, ever since she was young, she's been able to easily pick up on the thoughts and emotions of others, allowing her to, for the most part, be able to easily read a person's character and see through their lies. she spends her free time either writing or reading; her forest friends will occasionally bring back gifts for her from nearby towns and settlements. a piece of ribbon here, a small bracelet there, things others would never miss, but she cherishes all of her possessions deeply. maybe it's because she doesn't have much, to begin with, but she can't believe some of the things people abandon; whole pieces of furniture, sometimes, even. despite being so reserved, once she sets her mind to something, there's no stopping her, and she can be fiercely stubborn about her decisions once they've been made. she could never bring herself to return to society; it wouldn't feel right and she wouldn't even know where to begin. they would simply treat her like an outsider, spread false rumors about her, or kick her out again once they had gotten tired of her. in the end, she has decided that it is best to remain where no one could find her, hidden deep away in the forest. she built her walls not to keep others out, but to protect whatever's left inside. she's not afraid of love, she's afraid of a broken heart.

The light all around you is blinding even despite the rapid fluttering of your eyes. A hand comes in front of you in an attempt to block it out, with no effect. You go to rub your eyes but are not welcomed with any meaningful sensation. The hand, your hand, extends in front of you. There's only the faintest outline of your presence against dazzling surroundings. Everything is faint and light, devoid of any warmth. Ethereal stalks reach upwards and dissipate into what should be the sky, but there is no distinction to anything. This place has... a stark softness to it.

You rise, the perspective of what you see failing to alter in the slightest; silhouettes of what you deem as trees still reach for nothingness. You turn to continue evaluating and are greeted by more of the faint grove. Everything is still. A tiny white thing catches your eye despite the pure lightness of the whole place. The small beetle is clinging to a sturdy sprout with a proud glow. Its cool coloration only defines itself because of its more greenish hue.

An insensible time passes as you study this newfound life, and you go looking for more. It doesn't come to you as odd that this place is utterly silent; you hadn't even noticed. You had been fazing through this ghostly forest in utter silence. The gradual melody takes you by surprise and you pause.

Warmth floods from beyond the mere figures of trees, urging amiability into the atmosphere. Everything finds itself in this reality and becomes more real. You don't realize that you're moving forward toward this contrasting glow and feel something clutching at your heart. It is an immeasurable sense of comfort and safety. Anxiety, not noticeable to you previously, festers in your heart. You need to get closer. You fear being forever lost in this empty place if you cannot. Suddenly you race towards the singing light, the song beginning to give corporeality to this place.

You halt immediately and your body is overcome with so many emotions at once. Why does this fairy evoke such emotion? Why were her delicate markings and gentle surprise so heart-wrenching? Her song dwindled before calmly approaching you. Confusion and concern were evident on her expression as she searched your face.

"Sic te iuvenis... quid venisti?" Her hand was delicate and warm on your cheek. You could feel your own hot tears falling onto her kind fingertips. "Why have you come here so early?" Her inflection accentuated tender sorrow.

Guilt pulsates in you. You've caused this poor kalon such grief already. A stuttering apology creaks through your trembling lips, yet she hushes you.

"It's fine. It's alright. Everyone comes for some reason or another..." Her hug has the gravitational pull of the sun itself. You still have no real idea of who she is, but an irrevocable sense of home comes to mind. "I've found you yet... Do you realize you're not really meant to be here..? Tibi res pauperum." she murmurs.

Curiosity forces you to lean away from her. "Who are you? Where am I?" You had more to ask despite how foreboding questions were.

The fairy's brows quirk upwards and a smile curls her lips. "This is Limbus." The smile is sad. "I am essentially a guide, cautioni subicere. There are those who get lost, so I must find and deliver them to their Loca."

A guide and safeguard... so she makes sure no one wandered this place forever. The role seems fitting for such a benevolent kalon. Though, you still weren't certain what she meant. "How did I get here?"

Her smile falters and she holds your hand. "You passed here to find solace. You are not the first, nor last. I can only assume you came running to me because your thoughts changed. My songs are only meant to find those with complete equanimity. It seems I agitated you instead." She drops her head and grasps her hands in her lap. "Ego paenitet. Paenitet enim me esse non possunt recte dux vobis."

She seems disappointed. Cautiously, you touch her shoulder reassuringly. "Uh, i-it's ok?" You hated to see such a compassionate individual upset by your circumstances.

The fairy's glowing tendrils wave briefly before she rustles herself back into a smile. "Nec refert! Everything is ok. I can deliver you to where you must go. You should not be here with me, though I do enjoy company." She stands up and holds out a welcoming hand. You're surprised by her quick recovery and accept her help. You suppose a lonely purpose like this demands diligence.

Out of nowhere, her tail flashes briefly upwards. Her plant growths bristle and emit a stronger glow. You squawk and put your arms up defensively. She laughs ardently at your reaction and reaches for you. "My apologies, I had not meant to startle you! I created the path to your gateway." Her sheer warmth, again, soothes your worry. You continue to be taken aback by the affection that she radiates.

Tilting yourself to the side, you notice that there are many new glowing sprouts between the trees, leading somewhere unknown. Her long, feathery tail swishes as she walks the path of plants. While traveling behind her you've noticed that the sprouts flow back in through the hind legs. Your mind wanders as you think about how many mysteries still encompass her; enough so that you nearly forget to ask. "What is your name?"

She's pleasantly surprised. "Ah, I've not shared that yet, have I? You must forgive my manners; souls always care about destinations. Ego Amáre." Her tone is casual and sweet, lending an air of thoughtfulness to her lack of interaction.

A suitable name meaning 'to love.' You think it captures her well.

Amáre grins at you and questions, "You're not curious about your Loca?"

"Oh! Yeah, I guess so." Somehow it hadn't really crossed your mind yet.

Amáre's expression softens considerably. "I'm bringing you back to Vita, child."

mark !!

quick concept -

was originally an ugly kalon, with a personality only an angel could have
wished to "mother nature" to become beautiful, and mother nature blessed her with the beauty of a queen,
but cursed her to forever be unable to tell truth and speak with kindness.

.:Who are they?:.

Artemis is one of the most gentle, soft-hearted kalons around. He is rarely seen with any facial expressions other than ones of joy and wonder.
Artemis has an almost regal air about him, his quiet nature and lack of interest in speaking makes those who see him think he must be a prince. Artemis is never afraid to step out of his comfort zone to help another. Instead of being a lonely recluse many would be lead to believe he was, he is in fact willing to surround himself with people and provide aid whenever required.

Artemis lives alone in a garden he inherited from an elderly Kalon he used to spend time with. The garden made up of luxurious flora from all over the world, gathered together to fit in harmony. Other than flora, fauna also fills the land. Common creatures like owls, squirrels, butterflies and bees take residence in Artemis's garden, as well as the more exotic ones; monkeys, hedgehogs, fennec foxes, chinchilla's to name a few. His favourite of all are the birds, peacocks, parrots, birds of paradise and numerous others, he finds them relaxing to watch and cannot sleep without their song.
He loves the utter peace he gets from living in solitary, accompanied by the beautiful garden he can't help but feel pure bliss. Artemis likes to think he exists to spread happiness and teach people to be open minded and calm. Whenever he sights a stressed passerby he does not hesitate to invite them into his sanctuary. Some kalons and creatures who take him up on his offer will offer to pay Artemis for his kindness but, he rejects any from of payment other than that of literature.

Artemis loves the idea that a book is an entire world separate from the one in which he resides. He sees books as vessels to an entire new world of knowledge and the act of gifting a book symbolic of passing knowledge onto another. Whenever he receives a book Artemis sets time aside to sit and take in all the pages have to offer. He has an extensive library collected from travellers and gifts, he is more than willing to lend them out to anyone who asks for one as long as they return it. However Artemis does sometimes allow for exceptions to this rule, if he sees someone has fallen for the adventure a book takes them on he allows it to stay in their care.

Walking through a Winter Wonderland
The flowers waving at her outstretched hand
The sun’s rays were falling
Autumn leaves were sprawling
A season messed up place, oh what a land

Fiona stalked through a meadow full of blossoming flowers and freshly fallen snow. The seasons had always been a bit strange here, for as long as she could remember. Nobody really knew why the four had been mashed together, but they somehow had. A time loop of catastrophe, weather mishaps and fantasy creatures. But this fair maiden had other plans than play ‘Houses’ in a tall castle. Fiona had been born for more, and had a future that lay ahead of her. She just didn’t know what that was. It would stay that way until she could grow to learn more about the place she lived in.

As for the sweet damsel herself, well. Fiona was quite a sight. Luscious locks and mesmerizing eyes that could weaken the toughest of soldiers at the knees. Dazzling dresses and sparkling jewellery that brung jealousy into the eyes of the utmost richest. Both male and female were taken under her charm at the sight of her as she quietly strolled by, but she was never content. Even with the most handsome of males and dashing of females both trailing after her silky long tail, nothing could satisfy her apart from the one thing she could feel relaxed in. The beauty of the twisted nature around her. Just watching the snowflakes gently falling onto the blooms of flowers was both puzzling and pleasing to the eye. The chattering of birds and squirrels happily starting small conversations together. But of course it was not only the small wildlife around that made her feel content, it was the wildlife. Lions and horses sprinted in the tall grass playing hide and seek with one another despite their differences. Otters playfully splashed their games in the streams under the careful and caring eye of the wolf pack. Foxes and rabbits slept together under the shade of a great oak tree. But that’s not what Fiona was after, or more specifically, who she was looking for. The majestic peacocks who strut around the beautiful scenery in front of the waterfall finally caught her eye. Fiona sat down next to them and began stroking their feathers, cooing to the brightly colored birds. They snuggled next to her and fell asleep under her gentle arm.

This was Fiona’s world, a world of beautiful scenery and wildlife, a strange weather system, a place that Fiona could love in peace.
