Malakai used to be fun loving, kind, and hard working, but recent events have killed his excited spirit; A rejection from a play, and losing his reputation in the acting industry. Nowadays, he's a reserved, aloof viscet who walks with his head held high. He can be quite manipulative, and sometimes he doesn't even realize he's doing it. It's simply in his nature to succeed in getting what he wants. He studies psychology, and he's fascinated with why people do what they do. His specialty is tricks and confusion, and many people call him the magician due to his interest in illusions and 'magic tricks', though when you ask him if what he does it magic, he replies with an unamused no. What he does is science, logic, and it takes practice and talent. It's not something that is passed down through genes or gained immediately from an object. No, what he does takes work, and Malakai is very prideful of his work. Knowing how to work the 'magic' that he does means that he has to know and accept flaws of the Viscet brain in order to use them to his advantage, flaws that his own brain has. For a proud viscet like him, that can be quite difficult, but the satisfaction he gains from confusing others makes it all worth it for him.
