I apologize for the incredibly long wait, this was just incredibly tough for me to judge
without further ado, here are my thoughts down to why I picked the winner I did.

I found your form to be very pleasing to view, your art is absolutely incredible and your animated pieces are incredibly well done! I really really enjoy the character you created for Léon, it's so energetic and full of life. He is such a fun character and is incredibly unique as in you gave him a reason as to why his rarer element has left him with troubles //such as catching things on fire and having problems with electrical build up.
With Ann, I found her to be a cute and sweet little character who I feel pity for. I wish her siblings and classmates weren't so mean to her. I, however, have found her to be lacking as much connectable character as Léon. She doesn't seem to be as fleshed out as her friend, but I do still enjoy her character!
The character backstories are a nice add on to your form and it really helps to connect to the characters. I like knowing about their homes and how different they are from one another. I also really enjoy how different Léon and Ann are but that they can get along very well despite their differences. There are a few grammatical errors, but very nicely written out!

As much as I love your art and how well done it is, it kind of pushes me to the side a little bit that in your animated piece, Ann is showing her face. I have a set face for Kedimaado underneath their mask and it doesn't completely match the face underneath ;;
I also noticed that you do have the questions answered //the circus and mask// but I wasn't given much of a description of the circus; I was given their roles in the circus, but not much about what the actual circus is like and what it looks like from the inside out. The character you gave and the backstories are also equally as amazing, but I wasn't entirely informed of their careers.

Your little animation at the front is really cute! The art you provided for Kedimono is very well done and describes his emotions for his masks perfectly. I do wish, however, that you gave a little more of a description to the masks, maybe giving an example as to when he'd use it. The characters you have for the two are very interesting, though I feel like Kedimono could be a little more fleshed out, kind of like Popee.
With Popee, I have to admit her character is nicely placed out in the form and although I'd personally be terrified of her, I can't help but feel anxious when she thinks of this "Him". I find it to be kind of terrifying having someone drive a performer mad by only keeping a straight face through a performance, it really shows Popee's drive for others acceptance and gratification.

I absolutely adore how you wrote about the circus, while it is a bit extended //as in blocks of text// at some points, especially the beginning, I enjoy the full out description of the circus. I can see the huge scenery and can almost feel the grainy texture of the abandoned circus, it's kind of lonesome but admirable. I also like how you gave a before and after of the circus, before Him came, and the reasoning behind the abandonment of the circus. It seems kind of apocalyptic but I absolutely love it.
I also really like how you described their roles, especially Kedimono's, it was very well written out despite the very occasional grammatical error. I also find it kind of strange that Popee has so many tasks, but reading how she obtained them, and how stubbornly determined her character is, I can see it to be possible. I kind of wish you had some kind of pictures between paragraphs to make it easier to keep place!
