Task1: Picture. Maleficent is my favorite hero, and my favorite villain. I like her best because she can be both a hero and villain and because she has understandable motives for being both
Task 2: Hero // Villain. I like the hero I chose because she is good at leading looking at people as individuals, but also seeing how everything fits into the bigger picture. I like the villain I chose because he can make me hate him, but also keeps my interest piqued as well.
Task 3: Hero//Villain. I always admired Belle for her courage and her ability to be patient and learn to love someone so hard to love. And I always thought Gaston was one of the most substantial cartoon villains I had seen since he wasn't goofy like a lot of the villains I had seen in animated movies.
Task 4: Hero//Villain. I loved animal heroes as a kid and Balto was one of my favorites because he had been real, and Steele was my favorite villain because of his association with Balto in the cartoon
Task 5: Here I am going to go with an old favorite. I loved Miss. Scarlet from the board game and the PC. game, Clue. She was my favorite 'hero'. I loved just about everything about her from her to design to her sassy personality. My favorite villain, was Mrs. White. She was always the bad one in my games and her grumpy personality and dry humor were so annoying to me but also amusing.

Task1: VILLAIN Oooh this is an easy one! my favorite movie villain is definitely The Phantom of The Opera or Eric as he's called in the French book. He's my favorite villain because of all the emotion he puts into his music and the fact that I actually feel bad for him. He's had a horrible past and has grown up in an environment that would make most anyone depressed and insane, which you could say is what happened to him. He falls in love with the protagonist who is a dancer and singer for the opera. The problem is, she loves another man who is rich and a snob in my opinion -muttering angrily about freaking Raoul- Because the Phantom is absolutely head over heels for the girl (and maybe not the most mentally stable) he goes out of his way to woe her and to make her fall in love with her. He would literally kill for her and makes songs for her, but she could never return his love. And let me tell you, he loves is songs so sharing them with her is something not to be taken lightly. He's a character with so much emotion and not to mention he's badass, that it's hard not to love him. And I know some people don't agree, but I thought his singing voice was very good in the film. There weren't many good quality picture of him but I went with the small one above because I thought it shows who he is as a character and it displays his normal looks (the white half-mask and black clothes/cape). Here's a better quality picture of him during a masquerade scene, but feel free to skip over it if including the second picture breaks any rules.
HERO My favorite movie hero... I'll have to think on that one
Task 2: VILLAIN The villain and the hero of this one go a bit hand in hand. my favorite series villain is Slade Wilson, also known as Deathstroke. He's got some qkills when it comes to sword fighting and not to mention he looks pretty cool when he was stuck ion the island (the gear in the picture) and his Deathstroke gear is wicked awesome. He taught Oliver Queen quite a bit and was the key to his survival on the island they were stuck on. I can't really blame him when he turns villain either. I don't want to spoil anything so I won't say anything on that. Personality wise, he's got some good one-liners and a taste for humor, but he always knows when it's time to be serious, although he is pretty serious all of the time. Now that I think about it he has pretty dry humor... He values his friendships and if I had to trust anyone with my back, it'd be him- as long as I didn't do anything to get on his bad side... because then he'll be the one stabbing you right in a pressure point.
HERO Eaaaaassssyyyyy. Oliver Queen, also known as The Arrow, The Green Arrow, the hooded vigilante, and other names. Oliver's gone through some tough stuff. Getting stranded on an island full of illegal business and people who wish to harm and/or kill him wasn't even the worst of his problems. Although, it certainly scarred him for life. His years stranded on the island turned him into a skilled killer with a need to bring justice. When he finally returns home from the island, he bgins his quest to "save his city" as his father requested of him by fighting crime head on. At the same, he has to reintegrate himself into society and protect his new and old friends from the many enemies he creates. Living a life as a business man and citizen by day and a vigilante by night is no easy task. The line between his secret identity and the person that the public knows him as is very thin and bound to crumble. I respect Oliver for being able to juggle a normal life with his crime-fighting life and at the same time, caring for his friends and family and also keeping his morals straight- not that his morals haven't been put on pressure before. While Oliver hasn't always made the best decisions, he always does what he thinks is best and he learns from his mistakes.

Task1: President Coriolanus Snow and Katniss Everdeen
These two are one of my favorite Protagonist/Antagonist duos as there is a lot more story and depth to both of them than in most movies and stories. What makes a part of their stories really unique is Katniss actually doesn't start off really a hero, and she doesn't really look at herself as one. It's not very often a 'Hero' of a movie or show isn't a Hero by choice, much less that said person actually tries to get out of being a hero. She is just a normal person wanting to protect those she cares about, she wants nothing to do with the Rebellion and I think that's one of the reasons I really admire her as a 'hero'. She wasn't the one that was obsessed with saving the day.

Another reason I find the couple unique is It's a constant juggle of who is ahead of who in their Movie Series. Not one of them is ever more ahead than the other, and while President Snow pulled more of his tricks quite directly, Katniss's tricks were often pulled by those using her to fuel the rebellion. In the end it wasn't the cliche Hero wins and villain looses type of Movie, for those that have watched this series will understand when I say the war was won but the "Hero" was Used and lost more than what was worth it in the end.

ImageImage

Task 2: Cersei Lannister and Danerys Targaryen.
Alright so these two are not quite exactly at each others throats yet, but in time they will and in their own realms they are a sort of Villain and Hero. Cersei Lannister, though I hate her, I love to hate her. She's a type of 'villain' that has no limits, and she is actually quite unpredictable until the thing she plans to do is already in action and it's often too late. She's very Manipulative but will use the Brute force of her power in Kings Landing to get what she wants. The most I love about her is what she is willing to do, and what she is willing to lose to keep her throne. She is truly a scary person.

As for Daenerys Targaryan, there isn't much you can't adore about her. She has Dragons for crying out loud haha. But Seriously, she is quite the kind heart, especially when coming from some questionable family members. While she is also after the throne Daenerys has shown on multiple cases she is after it for more than just the power she would get. She want's to eliminate slavery, cruelty, and make the world better for everyone rather than just for her family or those in her circle. I admire that part about her, knowing the world it would be rather hard to advance in your goals with how the world is, and growing up in a world like that it would be rather rare for someone to grow up with such a kind heart as she has. A True DragonHeart if you ask me.

Task 3: The Colonel and Spirit.
This Movie has probably remained my favorite movie throughout my entire life. Not only does it express a tremendous amount of Symbolism but the Hero/Villain Duo I listed are a great amount of the Symbolism itself of the War with the Natives. The Colonel is the Americans, the west settling into the Americas. Many traits are put into this man from the ego of a war Colonel and the invading armies, to the Honorable men that were still left in the end. Throughout the movie you get the first initial arrival of the men, and as time goes on the Colonel shows up more and more. They are everywhere and slowly spreading as they colonized the land. What I specifically love about the Colonel is he had such an Ego he'd rather Kill the untamed Spirit than to let it free, But at the end you see him learn to Respect that as he sees the strength and the will to live And I really love that moment at the end of the movie as it's gesture is so strong and quite emotional.

Like everything else in the movie, Spirit is also a strong Symbol. His is the Spirit of the the Wild, Freedom. His Friend, the Eagle is also a strong gesture to the Theme of Freedom in this movie. If you pay attention as you watch the movie, Spirit only ever is with the Eagle when he is truly free. As he is being taken, you see him yelling out to the eagle which he cannot reach, and when he is with Little Creek and Rain you see's an eagle, but it does not come to him. In both these scenes he is not free anymore, with the Indians he is more free than he was but doesn't have true freedom. Spirit's attitude is probably one of my favorite things about him though, her also had quite an Ego at the beginning of the movie but he too saw things differently in the end. Both Villain and Hero in this Movie Learned quite a lot for the better. Also, Spirit is a Horse, How could it not get better than that?

Image

Task 4: Scar and Kiara.
Now I know these two aren't entirely in the same movie, but I have me reasons for my choices and they are within the same Movie Series. Scar was and is my favorite villain ever when it comes to Movies, he was the first one I fell in love with as a child and it has only enhanced as I've grown up to understand the movie even more and the unspoken history. Scar is a lot like Loki from the marvel movies, He felt to be the lesser son. While Mufasa was put on a pedestal by their parents, Scar was actually named Taka which means Trash or Dirt in Swahili. Scar grew up trying to impress his father to show he was strong and worth it for King, though sadly he did it in the wrong ways by trying to Discredit his Brother. This makes me feel even more for Scar though because he thought the only way to make his father approve is for him to entirely discredit Mufasa so his father would finally notice him. Maybe in the end I just have a soft spot for the wronged even if they do some really bad things, but I really feel more Sad for Scar than I see him as a bad guy.

As for the Hero, I chose Kiara over Simba for quite a few reasons actually. Kiara is nearly exactly like Young Simba in the Beginning, but some small things and actions set them apart to make a big difference in Character. Kiara isn't as set on being A leader as Simba was, she actually questions what she is good for while at the same ageSimba prances around how everything is going to be his way as King. As she gets older, She is focused on helping the pride while Simba didnt even want to return as king. Not only did Kiara become much wiser faster than Simba but she also befriended and changed the views of one of their enemies. Even when Zira was dying Kiara tried to save her despite what she ha done. Simba's experience with the Betrayal of his Uncle and his slightly Harsher father caused him to grow up with a more closed mind to what Kiara grew up with. Overall I think Kiara was better equipped for her future and life and I really like how in the end even she Taught Simba something.

Task 5: Seymour Gaudo and Tidus
Oh Dear God this Game, If you haven't played it yet you should. There are so many reasons I love these two characters and all the characters in this game listed and they will forever hold a Most Special place in my heart. I can't tell you everything here as a lot of my reasoning is very heavy in the storyline of the game but I will tell you what I can about why these two spark the highest emotions in me.

First we have Seymour Gaudo, He is half Human Half Gaudo. The Gaudo are a sort of Humanoid in the world of FFX that is the protector of the Afterlife, the Farplane. You meet Seymour Early in the Game and and he is one of the characters you actually fall in love with immediately, since I am listing him as a villain here it's obvious he doesn't stay with good intentions or perhaps he never really had them, I'm not entirely sure yet. What I do know is he is along side one of the saddest stories in the Game, and it explains most if not everything about his schemes. You actually come to really feel the deepest Sorrow for this Man, and despite the multiple things he does and multiple times you fight him throughout the game, he is one of the characters I really cried about when he finally is Sent to the Farplanes. Not only does Seymour have all of this but he is easily one of the most attractive men in this game, His voice and eyes are the sort you just want to melt into; His entire character is extremely alluring.

Now For Tidus, He is my Favorite 'hero' and probably the biggest part to why the game Final Fantasy X is such an Immersive and emotional game. Tidus is the main character in this game and he is the person you control, This character is just as clueless about the world you are in as you are when you start the game which is a very unique approach to the game but is the answer to why you get so deep into the game. As He learns about the world of Spira so do you and all the emotions he feels throughout the game you feel as well, the bonds he comes to make with all the characters as he gets to know them you also feel. And of course you fall in love with him as well because he has just the best personality and Responses for the situations he gets in. He is definitely one of those characters you learn from, and others in the game learn from him too. As the game plays out you learn more and more about his situation, and he gets answers that both him and you have been asking from the start of the game. It gets extremely emotional and you feel as if You are suffering it with Tidus, as if you are there for eachother. Over All, he is really an amazing, adorable character that becomes family and I really hope you all have had or will have a chance to feel what this game makes you feel with these characters. It's truly a one of a Kind Experience.

Task 1: I've always loved Thor and Loki from the Marvel Thor movie series (as well as the comics). I always liked the fact that they seemed like bantering siblings, and at times they truly hated each other but it always felt like it hurt them because they truly loved each other as siblings. Even after Thor and Loki know that they aren't true brothers it causes tension but their underlying love for one another doesn't seem to go away. I've also always LOVED how witty and snarky Loki is, and he's got a sharp tongue. Thor is also great because I love his character development. At the beginning he's this kind of entitled jerk but after his struggles and fights he ends up being someone who reminds me of like a big golden retriever who's just super loving and wanting to believe in good and I love how he ends that way. Also, I think some of the fan-fiction of them is hilarious!

I have to go with Wonder Woman and ares I absolutely loved this movie the plot kept me on the edge of my seat. I love there story I love how diantha was raised to believe that this sword was a god killer I love how there island shows that women can be just as strong if not stronger than men. I love how Wonder Woman is looked upon as a saviour a god killer and even when ares had her almost beat she did not give up she kept on fighting for her home and the people she loved. I found that Wonder Woman and ares had a confusing relationship on one hand ares helped them and in doing so helped Wonder Woman find herself in a way and even try's to get her to join him.

I found that ares was a really interesting character during the whole movie he was helping them to what it did for him I had no idea. But I also loved the deception of him during the whole movie myself and I'm sure a couple other people thought for sure that ares was the general especial when he was with the witch doctor he just seemed like the typewho would be an ancient god of war but I guess that the really ares wanted diantha to think that he wanted her to prove herself in a way witch is why I think he gave the general the pills for strength.
All in all I found this villain and hero to be an interesting match in the way that everything played out brother against sister in a fight to the death for the sake for the world.
Task 2: http://images2.fanpop.com/image/photos/ ... 40-900.jpg
Merlin and Morgana
The show Merlin has been one of my favourites ever sense it first came out. I love how Merlin is this skinny little farm boy who comes to camalot ends up being the prince's servant and finds out that he is the strongest wizard and he is also the last dragon heir. During the whole show Merlin struggles with lancaot they have become quite good friends but Merlin dose not want to tell him that he is a wizard as magic is banned in camalot. I find Merlin to be quite an interesting character in the eyes of lancaot he is weak but in truth Merlin is in a way stronger than him. He is not scared of much and will do anything to protect those he loves like when he freed the dragon and it went on a rampage but he calmed it down and convinced him to leave. He is a lot stronger than he thinks he is but he is also nice and kind and for me that is a true hero.

Morgana is merlins enemy but he dose not know that she works In the shadows in secrecy. At the beginning of the show she is very sweet and nice and dose not really know anything about magic but then she starts to have nightmares and her magic manifest. But she can't tell the king who she is very close to because he would probably sentence her to death so she is alone no one to help her and she is confused. But then she turns to dark magic and Almost gets Merlin killed multiple times she also kills the king and try's to kill lancalot. I like her as a villain with how she works in silence nobody has any idea that it is her behind everything that is going wrong.
Task 3: https://thesupacoowackiestblogintheuniv ... r-claw.jpg
Inspector gadget and claw
I have loved this show for as long as I can remember I love inspector gadget because he is so out of it it really is just luck that he has not blown up. And one of the only reason why he has so much success is because of penny and brain but I still love him I love how goofy he is and he kinda has a happy go lucky personally witch I really enjoy in a hero.

Dr.claw I enjoy dr.claw because of the mysticism mysticism around him no one has ever seen his face and lived to tell the tale and yet he keeps on getting thwarted but gadget witch I think is really funny.
Task 4: https://disneyfangirl.files.wordpress.c ... 4/abu7.jpg
Aladdin And Jafar
Aladdin was my favourite movie growing up I loved how he fell in love with a princess and had to change everything about him so that he could be with her but she wanted to true him not the mask that he put up. During the whole movie Aladdin was hunted by jafar the evil sorcerer. I love how at the end of the movie Aladdin stays true to himself and let's nobody change who he truly is.

Jafar is the evil sorcerer who wants to marry the princess and rule the kingdom. So he brain washes the original sultan so that he can marry his daughter but his daughter has no interest in marrying him and has already fallen in love with someone. So jafar hunts down this magic lamp but the person he hired to do it keeps the lamp. So of course jafar is not pleased and hunts him down. I love jafar as a villain because he dose not really work in the shadows but no one really has an idea of his true ambitions.
Task 5: https://www.mariowiki.com/images/b/b9/M ... Kart_8.png
Mario And Bowser
Mario to me is kinda your average hero his princess gets kidnapped bye the bad guy and he goes on this big long journey to get her back. But one of the reasons why I chose Mario as my hero is even though every time he gets close to getting his princess back they move along to somewhere else am he gets to the castle to find disappointment because his princess is not there but he never gives up and keeps on trying to get her back until he dose it.

Bowser is the villain he steals princess peach from Mario. So he had to keep on moving from castle to castle because Mario is hot on his tail and wants his princess back. I think that bowser is a really interesting character in the way that he works like a lot of villains will try to cover there tracks if they steal something or kidnap someone. But bowser it almost seems like he wants Mario to come after him I think that he enjoys the chase and the effort of trying to stay one step ahead.

Task1: Ip Man and Cheung from Ip Man 3. I love it how the two met during a fight; Ip fighting to protect a friend’s school from being invaded, and Cheung (a neutral party) was passing by and helped out a bit. But when Cheung found out what a great Wing Chun master Ip was, he tried to battle it out with him to claim the title of being the Grandmaster of Wing Chun. However, Ip is a very humble man and I love him for it. He cares more for his family rather than prestige or skill, and he didn’t even turn up for the challenge that Cheung issued (instead he went out dancing with his wife!! isn’t that sweet). What I liked about Cheung was that after he was defeated by Ip, he finally saw how skilful Ip was, and humbled himself by destroying his ‘Grandmaster’ banner. At least he wasn’t too prideful to be a sore loser x:
Task 2: Will Graham and Hannibal from Hannibal. I have to say, they are one of the best hero-and-villain pair. Their relationship with each other is so complicated, and somehow their intertwined lives just get messier throughout the series. To see how Hannibal manipulated Will, and then seeing how Will’s mental state slowly crumbles in Hannibal’s hands, it’s just so disconcerting and yet intriguing.
Task 3: Kim Possible and Shego from Disney’s Kim Possible. To sum it up, I basically just love this cartoon. Kim is super cool, and I remember I admired her a lot because of her character and what she could do. I grew up wanting to be like her, haha! I love their relationship as a hero-and-villain; it’s like a jealous sister trying to get attention or recognition, but there will only be one victor at the end of the fight (and I’m sure we all know who the victor is).
Task 4: Kenshin and Shishio from Rurouni Kenshin (or Samurai X). I grew up watching Rurouni Kenshin and I love the whole series. I can honestly say I adore Kenshin because of how he really tries to start a new life, even though he had once been a deadly assassin. I love how he sticks to and stands up for his morals, even when his past enemies (including Shishio) come to haunt him. I can’t say if it was the right thing to do or the government to try and kill Shishio, but I guess it made him burn even more for revenge. It is exciting to see how the characters try and try again to bring out Kenshin’s inner beast.
Task 5: The Lutece Twins and Zachary Comstock from Bioshock Infinite. I can’t say for sure if the Luteces were actual ‘heroes’, because they contributed to the story plot, but they aren’t the bad guys because they were forced to do it. But I really love them a lot (they’re my all-time favourite game characters) because they’re so smart and witty, and I love the little banters they have whenever you bump into them in the game (it’s hilarious). I also love how driven they were to assist you in your quest to stop Comstock and his evil plans, because they were sorry for what they had done and felt responsible for their actions. I like Comstock because I feel for him having to become who he is. It’s so ironic to see how even though there were different parallel worlds, in so many of those other worlds Booker still ended up becoming Comstock, because if Booker remains as who he is, Elizabeth has to die. I feel like Comstock may not have wanted to become like this, but this is really such a hard decision to make! In order to ensure that Elizabeth still lives, he has to be the bad guy. (oops for long explanation, but I love Bioshock x:)

    Task1:
    Hero: Simba
I love the Lion King so much *-* Simba was amazing and I love his character development over the Lion King franchise. I got to see a naïve, fearless cub grow into a matured lion willing to uphold the responsibilities given to him. I admire and love Simba a lot for his actions. It's hard to go back to resolve a situation that has gravely hurt you and I admire him for facing his situation head on.
    Villain(s): Shenzi, Banzai, Ed
I love these villains purely because of how they're so comical and yet cyanical at the same time. They just bring pure entertainment to me and I enjoy seeing them everytime they come on screen, especially in Be prepared.
    Task 2:
[size=50]Disclaimer: I don't watch any Tv series so this is just my pick of a TV series which my sister has watched. She did help me a little with giving me bits and pieces of what the story is about so I just pieced the puzzle from there. I apologise if I got anything wrong.
    Hero: Clay Jensen
I guess he isn't exactly a hero? I only watched the trailer, some snippets and my sister telling me about the show so my knowledge is very limited but from everything. He's a pretty nice guy and did reflect and change for the better after what happened so that's good I guess.
    Villain: Everyone?
My sister believed that everyone was the antagonist of the show and after hearing her reason, I felt the same too. The tapes were given to those whom Hannah believed led to the cause of her death right? So if everyone in the show had listened to their tapes, doesn't that mean everyone is to be blamed? It's not necessarily fair that Hannah places the blame so widely, but the antagonist of a story is whoever messes with the protagonist.
    Task 3:
    Hero: Steven
I just adore this little cinnamon roll. Despite not ever meeting his mom and ending up in many complicated situations, he always manages to brighten the mood and put a smile on the faces of people around him. While he was portraited as cowardly and rather obnoxious at the start, he started to grow, learning of his mother and learning to love himself and stepping up for himself and those around him, even willing to put his life on the line.
    Villain: Jasper
While she was constantly portraited as the antagonist for many parts of the Steven Universe series, I never did hate her. Jasper was only fighting for what she believed and wanted. The Diamond she was made for was shattered and naturally, all gems under that diamond loss their sense of meaning as the gems were made for diamonds. Upon knowing who shattered her diamond, she sought out to find revenge. While her approach wasn't right, I felt that she still had a reasonable enough reason and I do admire her for that.
    Task 4:
    Hero: Spirit
Ahhh Spirit. Another character I love that has great development. Not only that but I love that despite not speaking English or talking much during the movie, I could feel how Spirit felt despite him not having to utter a single word. He's just so passionate about the things he love and is bold enough to do anything. As someone who gets awkward and shy easily, I greatly admire and want to have even just half of the courage Spirit possesses.
    Villain: The Colonel
I initially hated him a lot. All he ever wanted as to capture Spirit. Though Spirit manage to shake him off when the Colonel was trying to break him, I still got angry at the Colonel. However, as the ending came along, I started to gain some respect for him when he ordered his man not to shoot Spirit after the latter leapt over a canyon, even going as far as giving a respectful nod to the stallion and heading back.
    Task 5:
    Hero: Cynthia
I love the Pokémon game series but my favourite still has to be Gen 4. Cynthia was the champion of the Sinnoh region and throughout the game, she has been such a helpful character and plays an even more important role in Platinum. For me, she stands out amongst the other champions, first for being the first known female champion, second for her love and passion for the history of Sinnoh and lastly because of her determination when it came to stopping Team Galactic. Furthermore she has crazily powerful Pokémons so that's a plus. c:
    Villain: Giovanni
Unlike the other villains in the Pokémon game, Giovanni stood out amongst all. He didn't want to rule the world or summon Pokémon deities and get into the whole complicated mess. He just wants to be filthy rich, and he doesn’t have a lot of scruples about how he goes about it. At a young age, I had struggled a bit trying to beat him m, considering how strong his Nidoking and Nidoqueen but it was still fun.

Task 1: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Hero Definitely Tony Stark aka Iron Man. He just has such an interesting complex. It seems at first like he's easy to figure out. That he's just a selfish jerk who's arrogant, sarcastic, and a ladies man (I thought this too when I first saw him). However, if you really pay attention, you can see that's really only scratching the surface of him as a character. If you dig deeper, he's actually filled with anxieties and feels like he has a duty to protect those who need it. He has the weight of the world on his shoulders, and he truly does care, even if he seems not to sometimes. He's a good friend, and he's a realist. He hates himself for making mistakes, which I think comes from his harder childhood, and he has extremely high standards for himself, which he constantly tries to live up to after his mistakes in the beginning. He has a big fear of being unable to protect those he loves, and failing in general. It is shown throughout the series that Tony does actually care for people, especially his friends. Although Tony causes trouble on occasion, he is more than willing to make up for his mistakes, which is also why he became a superhero. Tony can also be a reliable friend, and occasionally shows affection toward his teammates. Hence, Tony was the only Avenger who encouraged Bruce Banner to embrace his identity of Hulk as a blessing rather than a curse, and trusted him to make good use of Hulk's powers. Tony was very forward-thinking, always seeing a "big picture", willing to take risks, compromise his morals and dabble in shades of gray to achieve results. As seen with the Sokovia Accords, Tony was willing to endure hardships in the present to build a better future.

So, all in all, I find Tony to be a compelling, interesting character. (Went on a rant there...)
Villain Adrian Toomes akas Vulture. Before being thrown out of business, Toomes was apparently a hard-working man who supported his family honestly. However, after being thrown out of business he became desperate, knowing he and his family would suffer, showing that he deeply cared for their well-being. As a result, he became a ruthless and calculating man who was willing to commit crimes to do whatever it takes to support his family. Initially, Toomes was annoyed by Spider-Man and tried multiple times to get the young hero out of his way, his realistic worldview clashing with Spider-Man's boundless idealism. However, after his daughter was saved by Spider-Man, and learning that he was, in fact, Peter Parker one of Liz's classmates, he gradually developed a sense of respect for him and even tried to convince him to join his side. However, he was willing to kill him if he tried to thwart his plans. After his arrest, however, he refused to give away Spider-Man's secret identity that he deduced, possibly due to Spider-Man saving both his daughter and himself. This shows he does have more of a moral code than most villains, along with being a good loser. I find this guy so very interesting a rather pity his unluckiness.

Task 2: Once Upon a Time
Hero Emma Swan. One thing Emma has always been is brave. Nothing really seems to phase her — at least not the things that would scare most people. If you want to fight, she'll give you one, and she won't back away from the scary stuff. And even when she is afraid, she pushes fear aside and goes for it. No matter what tricks people try to play on her, Emma is always one step ahead and will always work to expose the truth.
Secondly, she's able to forgive. Most people would find it hard to believe that Regina — a woman so evil she could kill her own father, send her mother through a magic mirror, and cast a curse on an entire kingdom that would transport them to an alternate world with no memory of their former lives — could change. Not Emma. She gave Regina a second chance, and it was exactly the chance Regina needed.

Also, after finding out that Snow White and Prince Charming sent her through a portal in a tree to this world, Emma understandably felt abandoned and wondered how much her parents actually loved her. However, over time she came to forgive them and understand the reasoning behind their decision. Emma always bravely tries to do what's best for everyone and hurts the least amount of people. She'll stop at nothing to protect the ones she loves, no matter what it takes.
Villain Rumplestiltskin aka Mr. Gold. Love this guy so very much. His addiction to power constantly battling with his want to be good makes him very enthralling to watch. I LOVE his romance with Belle, and I feel with him through his struggles, including his loss of Baelfire and Belle, which sent him spiraling. He's one of my favorite villains of all time. Honestly, sometimes I don't even see him as a villain. He truly seems to want to be good, but his need for the power of the Dark One is so strong that it keeps him away from becoming so. I just love him.

Task 3: Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Hero Sokka. I just love this guy. He's adorable and hilarious and I just love him. Even if he's the only non-bender in the group, he's still so useful as both a planner, and to make everyone laugh. His antics are great and I love his sarcasm. However, he can still be serious and can give amazing advice when asked for it. He's just basically my favorite character from any Cartoon/Anime ever.
Villain Azula. Her character is so very interesting, and honestly, I feel terrible for her. Her mother thought she was a monster, her brother got all her mom's attention and affection, her closest friends betrayed her, and her father only liked her as a pawn. He never truly loved her. She had to be perfect at all times for her father to approve of her. She was always needing to compete with her brother and no one ever really loved her. I just find that sad. Sure, she handled it badly, but I can't imagine how hard it must've been, trying to constantly be perfect.
Task 4: The Narnia Series

Hero Aslan. Who doesn't love Aslan though? As a kid, I was always in awe when reading his parts in the story. He was so majestic and self-sacrificing. Of course, he was made to be an allegory for Christ. He's described as the King of Narnia, the King of Beasts, the Lord of the Wood, and the son of the great Emperor-Beyond-the-Sea. Aslan is the embodiment of all that is good, just, right, perfect and all the things which are easy for characters to stand up for in movies, but tough for people to stand up for in real life. Aslan sacrifices himself in Edmund's place. Like Christ's crucifixion, Aslan's sacrifice involves humiliation and torment, and for a long time he lies dead. Aslan's name itself is powerful, even for people who don't know who he is yet: "At the name of Aslan each one of the children felt something jump in his inside. Edmund felt a sensation of mysterious horror. Peter felt suddenly brave and adventurous. Susan felt as if some delicious smell or some delightful strain of music had just floated by her. And Lucy got the feeling you have when you wake up in the morning and realize that it is the beginning of the holidays." (The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe) Aslan makes an impression on everyone, but that impression varies depending on what the individual is like, what he or she has done, and how they view the world. He is just such a role-model character and I just always felt happy and safe when think of him.
Villain Jadis the White Witch. She was the opposite of Aslan in every way. She was cold, cruel, unforgiving, manipulative, and angry. She pretended to be a kind person upon first meeting Edmund and after learning he was a Son of Adam. Immediately, she had already come up with a plan to destroy him and his siblings. She was such a quick thinking, calculating person that she had a plan ready within a few seconds of meeting him. She was supposedly very beautiful as well. If you've ever read "The Magician's Nephew", which is the first book in the Narnia Chronicles, you learn a lot more about the backstory of this evil witch. She was the queen of a faraway land and got into a civil war with her sister for power. When she lost, she spoke the Deplorable Word and simply killed every living thing in that world without a second thought. She had no remorse either. She was evil incarnate and fascinatingly scary.

Task 5: I don't play many video games with actual heroes and villains, so I thought the closest thing was Plants vs Zombies.
Hero Plants. I think they're fun and well-animated little guys. They're very helpful and well-balanced as well. Plus, they're just cute as all get out. Their entire purpose is to sacrifice themselves to protect the humans, and they never run away, so that shows their bravery and courage in the face of being eaten. Well done, little friends.
Villain Zombies. They're the opposite of the plants. Not really cute and detrimental to humans. However, they are very loyal to the other zombies. They charge in without a thought (maybe because they can't think) and face the shooting all around them. In their own way, they are brave and courageous too. All they want is something to eat, and I don't think these plants are cutting it. How would you feel if you had to go through a barrage of bullets every time you went to a fast food place?
