[Unleashed Squiid]

You walk to what looks like a fenced in portion of the ocean. A celestial dragon sits in a pool chair off to the side, with a name tag that says "Lyra". She looks like she's asleep! That can't be good, so you politely wake her up to play the game.

"This is shark rings!" exclaims the CD in a grumpy-sounding voice. "You get to throw a ring and have it land on this shark, which is swimming around underwater at high speeds. You only get one shot, and to get a prize, you must land the shot, so good luck! What is that? This game's not fair?! Fine, if you even hit the shark with the ring, you get a prize too, but it will be a smaller one!"

Rules:

You may enter once every round. Lyra's watching you....always watching
If you have questions, PM Unleashed Squid with the title, "Shark Pool"
No spam or chatter. Keep all side conversations to PMs.
Respect the shark! Don't throw too hard, or else Lyra will bite you.
Don't talk back to Lyra or she'll personally feed you to the shark

If the throw lands on...

1-20 = No prize. (You call that a shot?! That hit me!)
21-80 = 2 star tokens (I mean...that at least hit the water.)
81-90 = One random Item (Well done, you hit the shark.)
91-100 = Event Celestial Dragon! (Wow, impressive. That landed on its fin!)
