SCS has paired with many overseas shelters in attempt to help find homes for many dogs and cats who were set to be put down in overcrowded shelters. As a result of taking in so many animals the staff at the shelter decided to have a two week long adoption event to assist in finding for all of these new animals. Due to bringing in many foreign animals, we expect you'll find some adorable new family members here you may not normally have come across.

Niloufer's favourite toy is a chewnel purse. This tomboy has yes a purse as her favourite and yes she does have a sparkly collar! Despite this is her only "girlie" toy. She cherishes her toy and holds her head up high when she carries it around with her. In fact it is the only toy that hasn't been dragged around and around through the mud. She will cuddle up with it and rest her head on it. She also uses it as a "weapon" or more like swings it around aiming it others, of course she wouldn't ever throw it more bash them slightly on the head. She does this because she has an irrational habit of not wanting to growl or bite/nip others. Niloufer also loves to look and act classy and this toy is the perfect thing. Thus this is definitely her favourite toy.

Romeo's favorite toy is a bright red Doritos chip bag, but made out of rubber. He finds the toy very entertaining, squishy, and squeaky. He loves to squeeze and lay on the toy, and toss it across the room. He loves Doritos, but is a little irritated when he remembers his toy is only rubber. Romeo brings his Doritos bag everywhere with him. To the park, the Dog Park, and even on walks. He has had the old toy since he was only a pup, and loves it with all his heart.
