this is a sonnet i wrote in the past, i hopes its ok to use itWhy does the rain fall like tears of past shames?
It drips as if the world has lost its shine.
A thick fog of grief casts its blame,
And for the clarity of youth it pines.
The droplets leave behind trails of sorrow,
Little crying furrows along the path.
And although the sunโs rays peak over โmorrow,
None can escape the dampening wrath.
But here is a glimmer of light;
Brought by the shine of the moon.
And bits of hope began to glow bright.
Perhaps all is not lost to gloom.
Though the sky cries tears of broken pain,
Not all has been lost to the raging rain.
