Bear Run Staff Announcement
*Warning, long post ahead*

Hello everybody! I know that things have been rather slow lately, but hopefully that will begin to change soon. Over the last few days, Dream and I have begun the process of a change in ownership of the adoptable. Dream will be stepping down as owner and I will be taking over. She will of course remain on staff, and will still be heavily involved in any big decisions that might be made, but life is more important, and requires her main attentions right now <3

Along with this change in ownership, there will be some minor changes, which will mostly be cosmetic. Once the topics have been changed over I will be putting in new coding, and a new breeding topic will be made for when we eventually get some fresh artists in! (Start freshening up on your equine designs -- I'll be beginning the hunt soon)

Summer Event from 2016: There have been a lot of questions about this and I am so sorry that it didn't go as originally planned! However, all of the tokens have been officially added into one document, and will be able to be used to buy special items in due time. I am not 100% sure on when I will be able to get this going, but I assure you it will be before the end of the Summer!

Official Staff List: I am right in the middle of finalizing the new official staff list, I sent out a PM to all of our current artists just a few days ago, so I'm still getting replies trickling in. More will be added to this list as I get more responses, but for now, this is who you will be seeing around on staff for sure!

Anonymous Suggestion Box: This one is important! This is our Anonymous Suggestion Box! That means you guys can offer up ideas, and vote on each other's and have the option to make your answers completely anonymous. I have a couple ideas up on there already that I need opinions on -- so if you guys could all go take a look at that, that would be amazing. Some issues discussed on there are:
- The challenge center
- Tolter taming V.2!
- Artist comp
- Archive update?

*whew* With all of that said, I hope you guys are as excited as me to get these beauties back up and running -- Can't wait. Thanks for sticking with it and keeping this adoptable alive, we wouldn't be here without you all!!

GA Positions!
As we're closing in on the end of the month, I want to extend the opportunity to become a GA to the community. I will be selecting 1-2 GAs on Tuesday June 27th. Your term will begin on July 1st and end on July 31st.

Before applying, be sure to read everything in the Information Thread about Becoming a GA. There have been some changes since the last time GAs were hired, so make sure you've read everything and are familiar with the terms.

During your term, you will be able to make up to 10 (minimum of 5) regular adopts, and up to 5 breedings. You will be given a few items as GA perks, one of those being a Custom Voucher! This voucher must be used by the end of your term, but before you can post it you must have made at least 3 adopts for the community. (None of which can be FCFS) Once you've made your custom according to the rules on the Information Thread, you can get it approved by me and you should be good to go!

I'm excited to get some new design insights going for July, and hope that you all are too!

I am looking forward to seeing the designs these wonderful people come up with, and I hope you all are too. They begin their term on July 1st, and end on July 31st! So be on the lookout for their designs soon.

New Rule!
Along with the new GAs, there has been a new rule addition! This rule will be in effect from today onward.

If a member's CS account is banned or deleted, any Tolters under their ownership will be re-possessed and adopted out to active members.

As the community gets older, a lot of it's original members are no longer on CS. If you find an account that owns Tolters and is deleted or banned, please PM me! I would like to re-adopt their Tolters so that they are used and loved.
