Extras: (1-5)Personality:
Franky is an outgoing little boy who loves to play pretend with his friends and going swimming. He's very bright and incredibly curious, a combination that often brings him to trouble as he's also pretty clumsy. Having a huge fascination with magic and wizardry, Franky enjoys learning magic tricks and dressing up as a wizard. He even has a wizard name for himself which is "Franky the Magic"; the name is still a work in progress (since he's not very creative with names). He's very open with others, especially with those he is closest with, and loves to make friends. He's pretty well known by others as a kid who goes up to strangers to show them the awesome magic he can do - even though it is, more often than not, just a coin trick.
Relationships: AbigailFranky met Abby at school when he was placed into her classroom after having been added to the roster as the new kid in class. It didn't take very long for these two to be friends, especially since they both love magic and are pretty outgoing in nature. The two are practically best friends and talk about pretty much everything together (with Edgar included of course). Franky often refers to Abby as a "total dork" as she likes to dress up as a fairy queen when playing pretend. Speaking of playing pretend, Abby was the one who introduced Franky to it; she taught him how to pretend to be a wizard and how to act as if the world around them was something new and exciting, like a medieval kingdom or a futuristic world full of space cowboys. Being as close as they are, Franky often sleeps over at Abby and Edgar's house in the summer, and even sometimes during the school year (on school days) to drive to school with his friends.
EdgarFranky met Edgar through Abby after visiting their house one night for a sleep over; just like with Abby, the two became friends really quickly. While Edgar isn't nearly as close to Franky as Franky is with Abby, they still goof around and play pretend together - they often pretend to be space cowboys from the future, and Edgar's dad, McCree, is the head honcho as he's, and I quote, "the ultimate space cowboy". Being more interested in science than magic, Edgar often shows Franky cool things he can do with "science", though most of what he does consists of duct-taping fire crackers to the neighbor's trashcan while the two of them run and hide. The two love to go swimming together and sometimes bring nets to an old pond to catch some little minnows, which they name before returning them to the wild.
MatildaFranky loves his adoptive mother more than anything, they are incredibly close and Franky counts her as his "best friend in the whole wide world". The two have a very friendly relationship with one another and Franky is very open with his mom; he tells her everything that's wrong instead of keeping it to himself, because he knows his mom will always be there for him and try to help him out. When Matilda first adopted Franky, she wanted him to feel comfortable in her home, so she bought him a koi pond since she knew how much he loved fish. To this day he still thanks his mom for getting it for him; he loves his little friends with all of his heart, so much so that he counts them as his fishy brothers and sisters.
Being an incredibly good optimist, Matilda is the go-to person for Franky when he has a problem, as he knows she will always find a way to turn a bad situation into a good one for him. Franky enjoys helping his mom make flower pots, even though he's not very good at it, and has a great time painting them too. Matilda kept the first pot Franky made, even though it's kind of lop sided and squished looking, something that made Franky feel like the greatest kid alive. Seeing that his mom enjoys taking on big projects, Franky likes to try and help her by keeping her company or handing her materials she might need. As much as Franky enjoys how laid back and lenient his mother is, he can't help but admire the fact she can be stubborn when she needs to be. He likes how she stands up for herself and he really looks up to her for it.
McCreeFranky knows McCree as Abby and Edgar's "totally" dad. He's also known to him as the "ultimate space cowboy" thanks to his futuristic cowboy look. Franky really enjoys spending time with McCree whenever he visits his friends, because he really likes how much the cowboy tries to make him feel at home. McCree is the "chill dad" to Franky as he pretty much tells him to come over whenever he likes, to Hanzo's dismay, as Hanzo would rather Franky didn't show up uninvited. Sometimes McCree's known to play pretend with the kids, but he usually doesn't as Hanzo tells him to, "just leave them alone, and let them be kids. Stop annoying them." This doesn't deter Franky from asking the cowboy dad if he wants to play with them from time to time.
HanzoHanzo kind of intimidates Franky as he's not a real big people person. The two don't talk very often, but when they are together they enjoy a nice cup of tea together in silence. Franky knows Hanzo as "dragon dad", as he's pretty fierce and mysterious like a dragon. On extremely rare occasions, Hanzo will play with the kids and pretend to be the grumpy dragon king who lives in the highest mountain of the medieval world. He doesn't really laugh or smile much, but when he does, it leaves Franky feeling accomplished.

Knights in the Night
Loud, thunderous balls of lightening shot into the air as it crackled and popped before fizzling into the night sky. "Boy, that sure didn't help," Abby sighed as she continued to walk alongside her companions. The two men with her were Franky the Magic, a wizard from the high council of Elderage, and Edgar Sinister, an Elvin archer who used to be a cowboy in Alderon. The three of them had met on odd terms, but are none the less great friends though the trials they've been through.
"When do you think we'll be getting to Irindale?" Abby asked, her wings fluttered slightly as she waited for an answer. Franky shrugged before answering, "I don't know, my friend; from my knowledge I would think another night will lead us to the gates." Silence rang from the trees and surrounded them, only the occasional sound of Edgar's cross bow being shifted from shoulder to shoulder could be heard. After an hour of walking, the three stumbled across what looked to be a fortune keeper, its marble bowl filled with the water of the moon. Walking up to it and placing his hands in the cold liquid, Franky took in a deep breath, "Dearest keeper, where are the gates to Irindale?" Lifting his hands from the bowl, the three crowded around it and awaited its fortune. Soon a large arrow made of glass floated into view, the tip pointed East, the way they were going. Relief came over the companions as they thanked the keeper and kept on walking; they were headed in the right direction.
Keeping to the East, the three soon found themselves in front of a path guarded by thorns. "That's the path to Irindale." Edgar stated pointing to the small opening of the spikes. "It's about a fifteen mile hike from here to there." With that being stated, Abby groaned in anger, "Is it really that far away, or are you just pulling my leg?" Franky nodded, siding with Edgar, "Sorry Abby, Edgar's right. It's a fifteen mile journey through those thickets." Abby looked around, eager for a quicker way. "What about the mountains?" She offered up. "I know it's a further journey, but it's better than being poked by thorns for fifteen miles." Franky nodded in agreement, "That seems reasonable. Well, let's switch our travel to the mountains."
Soon the grass of the forests became rocky and cold in the dead of the night, the watchful eyes of the moon peered at the travelers from over the mountain top. The sounds of the trail were loud with winds that blew on the walls and cliff sides, the only other sounds were the occasional shouts from Franky or Abby in attempts to conjure up a lasting light to guide their steps. As they traveled further up the icy path, they found themselves wordless and puzzled; the smell of cooking food filled their noses. "Where is that smell coming from?" Abby asked almost excitedly. "I'm not sure," Franky answered, "I'm thinking we might be closer to Irindale than we thought." Edgar nodded as he pushed himself to the back, "I agree, I'll stay in the back to guard us from anything that may be following us." The other two found this a kind gesture and nodded.
Cold wind whistled through the snow and the three companions found themselves at the top of a one way hill, there was no way around the closed cave ahead of them, they must have turned down a wrong path on the way up. "We're stuck." Edgar sighed, looking around for anything closely resembling a path. "Maybe we could hea-" the large stone seated in front of them began to move and grumble as it disturbed the earth below it, Edgar quickly aimed his bow to the opening in preparation to attack whatever creature might come out. As soon as the stone moved aside, an arrow was shot into the darkness.
"Kids! It's time to come inside for dinner, I made Mac N' Cheese!" McCree called just as a foam dart hit his chest. Looking down, he saw his kids and their friend standing by the back door, all of them in positions speaking they were ready to pounce. Letting out a small laugh, he played along. "Oh no! You have slayed me, the master of food! Now no one will protect my freshly cooked pasta from being eaten." He layed on the back porch in a play dead fashion and Franky smiled. "To the feast!" He chanted before running inside, the twins running loudly in after him. Getting up, McCree smiled and went inside, closing the door after him. As he got to the table, he took Edgar's toy cross bow from him and set it on the couch, "No weapons at the table," He stated before sitting in his seat.
Leaning over in her seat, Abby whispered to Franky. "Y'know, maybe we should start from where we left off instead of restarting the whole story over and over again when you come to sleep over. I think we might actually finish a story line if we try it." Franky nodded, not having thought of that before. Edgar butt in and laughed, "Nice cheese beard, Franky." Looking down at his cloak, Franky realized he had dropped macaroni on it, and sucked it off. He sure was no Franky the Magic for now, but tomorrow, he'd meet up with his friends Edgar Sinister and Abby Sinister once again.
