Eugenia is a former assassin/hitman/serial killer on the run from her own past that's WEIGHING HER DOWN. The haunting memories
and faint screams that still float about in her mind drive her crazy. The memories, the guilt, the merciless kill, the shame. All of
which DRAG HER DOWN and always find their way back to her. The anchor symbolizes this and how she is stuck/pinned down in her sea of dark, depressing feelings. She struggles through daily life as she hides her identity and is constantly fearing the time karma comes to punish her for her sins. With her wallowing in despair and guilt, She barely leaves the house and locks herself up in her room. Treating it just like a cell, Where she belongs. Eugenia barely has an appetite and her favorite thing to do is sleep. Although her dreams may often be filled with nightmares and such, but the times when they're not are a great escape from reality.. It keeps her from considering other forms of relief so she doesn't become even more of a filthy criminal.

he has nightmares about being in war even though he hims

akes from these nightmare can smell the smoke and hear t

deflecting onto anyone else who happened to challenge him on his claims.
He'd become a master of twisting words; manipulating them with ease to shield others from the truth.
But he knows what he's done. He knows it quite well-- deep down, somewhere.
Yet he refuses to come to terms with it-- he's become too good a deceiver,

that the smoke clouds even his own eyes.
