I'm trying out for 343
Username: Dominikovs Stalker
Name: Maska
Sex: Female
Collar: a gold ribbon
Relationship with 344: Maska viewed her relationship with Carmay as not ideal, though most of it was her own fault for not voicing her concern and displeasure for the way her relationship with her sister is. Maska pretends to want to be the top queen (even though she has no such desire to do so.) for her sister, since she knows competing and friendly rivalry is what her sister lives for. Maska knows that Carmay would stop in a heart beat if she knew that Maska didn't enjoy their "fighting", but Maska also knows Carmay would go bored, and restless if she had no one to compete with. So for her sister, Maska will play the part. Beyond their rivalry, Maska views the rest of their relationship as perfect. Carmay is extremely forgiving of Maska's mistakes, and will always lend an ear if her sister needs to talk. Carmay often tries to teach Maska basic survival skills such as hunting, avoiding cars, good places to hide in a storm, though it always has the same result, failure. Maska knows this is Carmay's way of saying she cares, and trying to make sure that if something happened to Carmay, Maska would be able to survive.
History Snippet: Maska hadn't always been a stray. Her and Carmay were born to a barn cat, though a fire left them homeless. She'd never been suited to being an outside cat, she was extraordinarily bad at hunting, and dodging cars, which is how she lost her tail. She always depended on Carmay to bring her food. That wasn't the life she wanted for herself, or for Carmay. She wanted a life of luxury, of being petted, brushed, having her nails trimmed. She wanted to be a pet. Over the years, the two had found various homes, but being a package deal, they never managed to find someone who was interested in both of them. Then, something changed. Maska had found THE home. A family with two kids who loved her and doted on her just as she'd always wanted. It was a dream come true for Maska, but of course, there was one big crack in her perfect dream. They didn't want Carmay. She was too wild and unpredictable. Maska had to make a choice, her dream life, or the only family she had? The family that needed her. With a heavy heart, she walked away.

Name: Carmay
Sex: Female
Collar: a red collar
Relationship with 343: Carmay sees her relationship with Maska to be absolute perfection. She enjoys their quarrels for the position of top queen, and knows that in any situation, Maska has her back. Carmay knows their relationship is also teacher-student, in both directions. Carmay teaches Maska to be fierce, to hunt, to survive, while Maska teaches Carmay to be calm, tranquil, to appreciate the smaller things. One of the things Maska is teaching Carmay how to deal with is her anxiety. Maska is teaching her breathing exercises, and other little things to help sooth and distract her when her anxiety flairs. Carmay does her best to listen to Maska when she has something on her mind. Though it is hard for Carmay to sit still and do so, she makes it happen for Maska. After the loss of their kittens, and the mauling of her sister, Carmay has found that she's even closer to Maska. Carmary is hoping to be able to teach Maska the joys of surprise attacking small dogs and other cats, though now that they're in a shelter, she's not sure how well that'll work out. Maska doesn't think that'll stop Carmay from going after some little yorkie though. Maska is probably right.
History Snippet: After a particularly good day of hunting, Carmay returned to their den, a small space underneath a pizza place. Though something was wrong, Maska and the kittens were gone. She could smell something, too. A dog. She tucked the food away and began her search for her sister and their kittens. It didn't take her long for her to find her sister, missing a leg. There was no sign of the kittens. Carmay tried to keep her calm, but she could feel the panic rising. She did the one thing she could think of. She dragged Maska by her scruff back to the pizza place. She stood at the back door and meowed and cried, clawing frantically, until finally, one of the works opened the door. A teenage boy. He was Carmay's favorite, he often snuck food out to them. He tried to calm Carmay before seeing Maska. He quickly bandaged Maska's leg as best as he could, though he knew it wasn't enough. He got off work early, and took both cats to the vet, with Carmay curled around Maska, licking her head, trying to sooth both her sister, and her own anxiousness.
