Nope, you cannot use pre-made artist entries for HM customs :0

This was a singular instance, preapproved under Mintiature. As per the rules HM Customs must be made by a Kalon Staff member. Therefore, Artist Entries cannot be made into HM Customs. They can however still become MYOs!

1 could we trade hms for a kal or myo from another user? let's say i have a few hms
and traded them for someone's kal-- does it work like that? or would you have to gift
the kal, then gift the hms?

2 are we allowed to scrap a custom when it has never been bred before? or is that
only for some special cases?

HMs are non transferable, which means you cannot give them to another user or use them to trade with! Secondly,
customs revamps are a case by case basis and you must either contact me or Wicced!Witch for permission. Usually we do not allow complete redesigns and prefer that certain aspects of the Kalon remain the same. However, like I said, it is case by case. ^^
