Simas are cat/wolf creatures basically. Their paws resemble a wolves while their body structure
could resemble a cat. Simas are also known as 'Sword Mammals'. This name comes from their tail.
The tail is the most important part of a Sima's body. They resemble a sword most of all. They are
thick and fluffy at the base and when the go down the tail, it gets thinner then widens into two
tail guards like the guards on a sword. The jewel acts like the blade.

The jewel of a Sima comes in various shapes, sizes and colors, in which they make a Sima unique.
Their eyes are always the same color as he jewels unless they have a special condition. Simas have
a furry body, their mane around the neck the most furry of all. Even their ears are fuzzy. Baby Simas
are more so however, with furry lips, poofier manes and slightly larger ears than what their heads
would allow.

Simas are omnivores, meaning they could eat anything from fruit to the meat of a rabbit and even to
things like candy or cake. Their teeth are sharp in the front with molars in the back to chew with. All
Simas live or come from tropical places. Most are house Simas though and are transferred to other
locations where they live with humans. In the wild they are usually in packs of ten. They are social
creatures so that's good. Some Simas mate for life, while others like temporary mates.

The jewels of Simas glow at the night, illuminating the darkness when they want. Some jewel colors
however cause darkness while others cause more interesting powers. A Sima has two types of horns
that are found in the wild. They are uncommon though to find a lot with them. There are long ones
and short ones. Babies don't know which they got until they grow up.

How did they get their bell? Zatch is a firm believer in the spiritual realm - beings of the great beyond who are able to communicate through special telepathic means. I guess you can say he's a ghost hunter of sorts. Zatch got the bell on one of his "hunting expeditions" from a spiritual leader in a discreet location (in which Zatch, for whatever reason, refuses to disclose the name of). Zatch claims this bell allows him to hear the voices of the deceased - which, admittedly, gets him some strange looks when he talks about it. He doesn't care though.

How did they get their bell? Spinel is a huge ironic conspiracy theorist, especially drawn to less-known (and less likely) conspiracy theories. One such theory is that the government is secretly controlled by evil demons from an unspecified underworld, and wearing a specially-issued bell (which you can only receive by paying $14.99, plus shipping and handling) will keep them from tracking you. Even though he admits that this theory is almost certainly both false and a scam, he still wears the bell he bought from them just to, in his own words, "keep the world a bit more surreal."

How did they get their bell? jingle was definitely one very tricky sima. he used to sneak out of his house with his friends and use his bell to annoy the neighbors. at the end, they were all laughing when the bell made it's signature sound- ding. he had gotten the bell as a present from his relatives, they had asked him to use it for a good deed. but certainly jingle's good deeds were far away from what they had meant.

How did they get their bell? He and his friends went scavenging through an abandoned car lot because people tend to dump their trash there and they can find quite a few nice items if they dig around. Gregory found it in a trash bag and decided that he rather liked how it accented his face so he keeps it as his signature accessory.
