Personality;
Lincoln is the imaginative child, battling with his siblings for the attention of his
parents by making crafts and showing them off. The family's refrigerator is covered
in various drawings and projects that the kit has completed. One of his favourite
things to do is to take large cardboard boxes and fashion them into rocket ships or
time machines, then blast off into space or the distant past. He loves anything to do
with dinosaurs, space, and the Romans, so often imagines that he visits these places
the most.
Lincoln has a hard time getting words out, and often mispronounces them. He has a
hard time in English class in school, especially when it comes to reading. He tends to
shorten or abbreviate words, especially around his family. Despite this set back, the
kit loves books. Getting a library card was one of the greatest gifts that he's ever
received. He'll often grab a book and run to a parent, sibling, or friend, and
demand that they read it to him. Non-fiction books about his interests are his
favourites, with one of his prized possessions being his dinosaur picture encyclopedia.
He loves a good documentary too, especially ones about the Romans.
Lincoln has a definite sweet tooth. His favourite snacks are donuts and soda pop,
which he'll often consume while he's reading or making something. He's pretty poor
when it comes to restraint, and often overdoes it and makes himself sick.
Outside the house, Lincoln is very much a listener. He makes friends easily because
he's always willing to listen to what they have to say, and everyone knows that - since
he's so quiet - he can be trusted to keep a secret.

Relationships with family;
Avi;;
Lincoln has taking to referring to Avi as his guardian, which he often shortens to his
"guard". Like Avi, Lincoln has a problem with having too much to say, so they'll often
tell each other to "take a breath" (although in Lincoln's case, this is often simply
shortened to "breath"). Lincoln definitely views Avi as the fun parent, and they're the
one that he invites to join him on his adventures.
Unfortunately, Avi isn't around as much as Lincoln would like them to be. They're
often away taking part in protests and humanitarian work, which Lincoln usually isn't
allowed to join in. It's a little bit rough only having one parent in the house for most
of the time, and it'll occasionally hit Lincoln hard. He tries to keep his head up,
though, and Lincoln often visits Avi at her bar. It's a point of amusement for Avi that
Lincoln is just a little bit too short to get up on the bar stools. Lincoln does not
appreciate having this pointed out to other people.

Rufus;;
Rufus is definitely the strict parent, and is often the one that Lincoln goes to when
he's having trouble with homework or someone at school. Much to Rufus' dismay, the
kit will often slack off when it comes to homework in subjects that he dislikes. Lincoln
likes to distract his father from his school work by offering to help with his edible
arrangements. Rufus loves giving all of his children praise, and Lincoln eats it up. Making
his father proud is Lincoln's goal every single day.
Lincoln and Rufus have bonded over their love of books. The greatest gift Rufus ever gave
Lincoln was a library card. The two often go out after they've finished their work and
chores. Rufus hangs back while Lincoln picks a couple of books, and then the two find a
quiet room to read them in. If it wasn't for Rufus' patience, Lincoln probably wouldn't be
able to read. The kit tends to skip over words, and Rufus will calmly redirect him to read
the sentence again. Inevitably, Lincoln will grow tired after a while and just ask Rufus to
read it for him, but Rufus is proud of every page that the kit gets through.

Elliot Chase;;
Lincoln has never seen Elliot Chase as anything but his biological sibling. Granted, it's his
biological sibling that he doesn't get along with, but still; they have their brotherly moments.
Lincoln has overheard his parents talking about Elliot Chase's past, and although he doesn't
know the specific details (he's not one to pry into that kind of thing), he does know that
Elliot Chase isn't directly related to him and that he had a bit of a rough start in life.
Lincoln tries really, really hard to be nice to Elliot Chase. He lets his older brother share
his toys and his books, and has even let him borrow his library card on more than one occasion.
However, Lincoln will sometimes come home from school to find that Elliot Chase has borrowed
something without his permission. An argument always follows, with Lincoln becoming so
frustrated that he can't get any words out and just storms off to calm down. It doesn't help
that Elliot Chase can be violent at times, too. It's rare, but Lincoln does have a small scar on
his wrist from where Elliot Chase bit him during an argument over a library late fee.
When the two do have a day when they get along, it's a beautiful sight to see. Lincoln knows that
Elliot Chase has a love of shiny things, so he saved up his allowance and bought his older brother
a second-hand metal detector for one of his birthdays. On the weekends, the two go out and
about searching for relics. Lincoln is always secretly hoping that they'll find some kind of Roman
relic, but he's happy with the coins and bottle caps that they always come home with. He'll
incorporate them into his crafts, too, and once made a collage with a months worth of bottle
caps.
☆═━┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈━═☆
Cody;;
Lincoln and Cody get along the best, since they're both the kinds of the kids that happily
battle for attention. They play together often, with Cody's immature personality making him a
great playmate. Their favourite game to play together is gladiators, where the two take their
plastic swords and fight each other to the metaphorical death.
Unfortunately, they're also both rather competitive, especially when it comes to the attention
of their parents. They're constantly trying to one-up each other, whether it be in a game, with
a craft, or in school with some kind of assignment. This can lead to arguments, where they
both firmly believe that they've won. Though neither of them can hold a grudge for very long,
they often have to be kept separated after an argument.
Lincoln and Cody also have a habit of getting into some trouble together. They both have big
sweet tooths, even for young kids. There has been more than one occasion where their parents,
Avi and Rufus, have found them breaking into the fridge or the pantry, stealing snacks in the
middle of the night. These two are the reason that a good portion of the doors in the kitchen
have child locks on them.
☆═━┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈━═☆
Zachary;;
Lincoln doesn't really understand Zachary. It's not that he doesn't like his brother - he loves
him a lot - it's just that he doesn't get how Zachary can keep himself entertained when he's
so quiet and keeping to himself. Despite the fact that he has a hard time sitting still (with
the exception of when he's reading, of course), Lincoln tries his best to spend time with his
brother.
They plan days to have Rufus drive them to the library together. It's not a lot, but it means a
lot to Lincoln that the two get to hang out. Lincoln finds Zachary a little hard to read, so he's
not always sure if his brother is having a good time, but Lincoln likes to think that he's enjoying
himself.
These two fight rarely, much less than Lincoln fights with Elliot Chase and Cody. This can be
attributed to the fact that Lincoln views Zachary as sort of fragile. He feels like he has to step
on eggshells around his brother, in case he upsets him. This bothers Zachary to no end. He knows
that he's not something that needs protecting, but Lincoln keeps treating him like a porcelain
doll.
