This is a standard rarity Wulgiel, with no edits, mostly unsaturated coloring and natural markings with very minor unnatural accents.

This Wulgiel has some sort of odd relationship with water. Can you tell me what it is and why? (either 500 words max or one drawing, and one optional extra (200 words or another art piece))

What is their relationship with Water?: Charnon is not very fond of water at all actually. When he was younger, he fell into a raging river, almost drowning. He was lucky to be casted ashore after the river became calm.
