Answer: Fjords! There's something about their stocky builds and dun coloring that fascinates me!
(Also please excuse my shameless death note references)

Answer: Tennessee Walking Horses. I grew up around them. I took care of two walkers a few years back and they are the most loyal and intelligent of all the equines I've ever met. Saddlebreds are a close second, though.

Answer: My idea of my favorite breed fluctautes day by day, but it always defaults to the welsh cob. When I first began riding, I was placed on far from purebred horses with barely any training. It was my barn's way of toughening me up, preparing me to handle any horse that came my way. The first horse I can recal riding by name was a welsh cob/draft cross named Debonaire. He was stocky in build, and had the worst, most bouncy canter imaginable. I remember crying, flung from his back after attempting a jump he just couldn't get his legs over. He was awful for riding, poor confirmation and didn't listen to a word that came from my mouth. However, as I grew and improved I began riding different horses who were more suited to my skill level. Debonaire was left behind in my past. Why would a horse that barely knew jump from canter become my favorite breed? Well, it was the times he did make it over the jump. The times his canter seemed smoother than usual. The times I felt like an accomplished rider. The welsh cob will teach you how to appreciate the good riding days, and even the bad will become something you can miss. Because what's the fun of riding a horse without a challenge?

Answer: My favorite breed is the Irish Draught;
they're just such classy and strong horses,
I imagine they're what medieval war steeds used to look like. Then, of course,
that is the actual origin of the breed - which just makes them even more interesting.
Because they have that blend of draft and warmblood characteristics they're super
versatile and durable with really health (and gorgeous) legs and hooves. Not to mention
that they have that calm intelligent character that a relaxed hobby rider like me really appreciates.

My favorite breed has got to be the Haflinger. They are very versatile and hardy breed. They are easy keepers who tend to be remarkably sound. Even though they are the size of a pony, they are actually a small breed of horse. Haflingers come in stout, wide old school draft type or the newer, more refined sporting type. And a fun fact, Haflingers are always Flaxen Chestnut, even though some appear palomino in color.

Answer: My favorite breed of horse would have to be Arabian or any Arabian cross. I've never actually rode an Arab but I've always loved how animated they can be. Plus I love their dished noses, though I don't like how extreme show type Arabians have been pushed anatomically...thus my love for Arab mixes
