why is hoarding sooo hard?

No one seems to have extras!! I only have 4 out of my goal, which is 25.

It must be because those are individual trade ins, so you don't have to leave it up to chance. You can just adopt one and you have that pet, bam. Any extras would probably be around for hoarding or future trades.

Well at least I reached 98 banners. 2 being animal eggs. So at least I achieved 1/3 rd of an easter event.
