I tried to match your request as closely as possible, but I wasn't sure if you wanted the overo-type markings to extend to the middle of their body, or be more like normal cat markings so I went with the latter.
Their collar is a deep maroon with a bell in the center of a mistletoe 'bow'. The tail band can be moved to the base of their tail if you prefer it there, I moved it higher to show the mistletoe and bell better.
The brindle is a little off in direction, but it isn;t very noticeable under the markings.
Their roaning is a bit hard to see but it is there!
