I am merely just conveying CS rules due to complaints from users. It was either have CS staff take care of the issue and give a board warning, or have one of the SCS staff state the rule again. Given that a board warning is site wise, I personally figured asking would be better than just handing it over to the site staff. That is all I have to say in regards to the matter, either way if an end date isn't given or the contest doesn't end soon I will have to report it to the mods regardless; thank you for your cooperation!

Hey guys. I have absolutely no clue what has happened/is happening with this, and to be completely honest I didn't even know this kitten hadn't been adopted yet. As we got no completed entries, and the father's owner doesn't seem to want anymore to do with this as a competition (I'm afraid I have no time for a comp), I will be taking ownership of this kit, and have received permission from the father's owner, which I can provide if necessary. sorry for any confusion/annoyance this may have caused.

Actually I said that CS rules state that any contest prizes, aka this kitten, have to be given to a winner, not that you can have this kitten.

This contest breaks Oekaki rules, as seen in the Competition part of the section.

Any prizes you offer must be awarded to winners at the end of the contest - even if you cancel or close the contest early. If the entries were disappointing or you didn't get many to pick from, advertise and bump more to try and get more entries before you close.

If you didn't have time to judge then you should send in a ticket to CS staff so that we may judge for you, otherwise people who did enter have their time and effort wasted. If you are absolutely sure on handing us over the contest then we will judge for you instead.
