Okay so it's kinda poor quality it actually looks really pixelated and I have no clue how that happened Fixed some stuff that was bothering me but now it's really thin so feels bad I dunno what to do. :')...but anyway I was just goofing around and I fell in love with this tail. :')
Sooo now let me explain before anyone has to ask, it's not actually a seal tail, her shine just splits her tail fur and it oddly ends up looking like a seals tail.

tail + shine;; (sorry its sloppy, im not that good at the oekaki) Her tail is a waterfall, and the shine is the water. Nobody knows how the water comes out of her tail because its hidden by fog. The water/shine is continuously flowing unless shes sleeping. When walking she will leave a trail of water, and when standing the water forms a large puddle. The water is full of nutrients for plant growth. So wherever her tail leaves water, the next day there will be flowers, green grass, anything of nature. The only problem is that the water will be a pain to clean up when shes in a store since there is nothing to soak it up. So she gets her groceries delivered to her house which is made from trees bent to form an arch and vines.
