Soyeon is the culprit because

Soyeon turned on the smoke machine and stood by the punch & cupcakes.
Spilt punch on Electra to get her away. Nobody is around.
Flick out lights, eat cupcake when nobody can see due to shortage of light and the smoke machine. Cupcake gone.

> 7:10 - Soyeon leaves to go dance with Ari and surely cleaning up the stain doesn't take too long to do, so let's assume Electra leaves to dance after that.

HOW'D THEY DO IT? Everyone else is busy with the party, dancing and spills and cleaning and whatnot, meanwhile Leandros is in the back having a good time on the dance floor. Even though they are vegan, they go to the punch bowl and accidentally knock the cupcake onto the ground! In embarrassment and fear of getting in trouble, they turn off the lights, throw the cupcake away, and pretend nothing happened.

HOW'D THEY DO IT?
While Ari did call Soyeon over to dance, Soyeon was too distracted with cleaning up the drink that they had spilt on Electra to notice, and in a fit of gelously, Ari turned off the lights and ate the cupcake as a way to give herself more attention.

HOW'D THEY DO IT? Adante did not need a whole roll of paper towels. Within this roll, they hid the cupcake on the inside of the roll, before they went to the bathroom. It was only until the power outrage that everyone noticed that the cupcake was gone, and Ari screamed in reaction to the suddeness / shortage of electricity due to the amount of processes running.

HOW'D THEY DO IT? while the spill occurs, the cupcake is knocked onto the floor, hence why adante grabs the whole roll of paper towel (to clean up the cupcake mess). the lights just happen to flicker naturally, and pragma exclaims about the cupcake's disappearance as they weren't there to witness the mess? :'0

HOW'D THEY DO IT? After getting the paper tolls for Soyeon they had ample time to steal the cupcake, giving them a reason for being away from the others and to nab the cupcake. So they used the roll of paper as a diversion.

Did they hide it in the paper towels? Thus, the steal takes place BEFORE the blackout.

After helping to clean poor Electra, Adante must've taken advantage of Soyeon not being near the punch anymore, and Electra being too mortified to get back. just box the sucker, go to the bathroom, enjoy it with a friend (Pragma) and the outage must have been a serendipitous occurrence?
