    name:: chrysanthemum / chry

    gender:: female

    fav childhood memory:: chrysanthemum's favourite childhood memory was her parents taking her to visit the ocean for the first time when she was 5. she loved the ocean and would always ask her parents to take her to visit the whales and the crabs, and soon her parents surprised her with a trip to the ocean! the first thing that she remembers doing was her dad taking her to go try a mango flavoured ice cream, and she ended up loving it. she also remembers walking on the ocean shore and seeing a tiny baby crab who she decided to name "jeffery", chry's dad told her that she couldn't keep him or bring him home because jeffery might miss his family, so being the nice little girl she was, she said goodbye and put jeffery back into the ocean waters. when she was walking on the shore line, she saw a pretty conch shell and her dad picked it up and handed it to her and told chry to keep it for the memories. the last thing she remembers that she did on that day was that her parents took a picture of her face inside of one of those face-cutout stands that was of a cartoon whale. ever since that day, she had always remembered this as one of her favourite childhood memories.
bye cs! it's been fun!

    fav childhood memory::
    It was the day of the annual spring festival. Ava looked around in awe a the flower petals danced through the wind. She smiled and continued to walk closley to her mother. She was around 4 or 5 at the time so she she's suprised she can remember everything so vividly. As she walked down the paths scattered with flower petals a small white fluffball hoped out from the bushes. She gasped and giggled with excitment.

    She grabbed the small scarf that was hanging loosley around her neck and tossed it over the rabbit. She grabbed the bundle and looked inside as the rabbit looked straight back at her. She grinned and walked towards her mother who raised an eyebrow, "Please mama?" She asked around the bundle in her mouth. Her mum reluctantly agreed and put the small rabbit in her bag.

    And to this day Ava still remembers the feeling of the rabbits fluffy fur against her cheek. The rabbit named flurry changed her life for the better, she soon gained interest in caring for animals. Now she works at a local animal shelter, and loves her job.

Mel. He was a soft pink, with bright, beady eyes. Rosalie had hand sewn

Favourite Childhood Memory::

When Sakura was younger, there was nothing in the world that he wanted more than a puppy. He begged his parents for weeks on end to get one, but they continuously refused, saying that the were 'too messy' or 'a pain to take care of' or 'just too loud'.
You see, Sakura's parents where kind neat freaks. Well, not exactly both of his parents, mainly his mother. Their house was spotless, and his mother and father were almost constantly cleaning things. Sakura on the other hand, was the complete opposite. He would track mud on the carpet, knock over vases, and bring animals into the house, and each time he would do anything like that, it would drive his mother half crazy. He was grounded a lot as a kit... He didn't exactly the nicest or most understanding parents in the world.

But eventually, Sakura had enough. After school one beautiful Thursday afternoon, when the cherry blossoms were falling from the trees, he went to the local pound. He had never been there before, since his parents had basically sworn never to go within 100 yards of that place, so sakura was a it nervous when went through the main door and heard all the dogs howling and barking at each other. There were at least fifty dogs in that pound, and most of them seemed quite aggressive, except for one little puppy that was huddled up in the corner, frantically looking around, probably terrified of the other larger dogs.
The puppy was very fluffy and brown in color, with blue eyes and a dark coloured patch on it's back, and as soon as Sakura saw him he fell head over heels in love.
Immediately Sakura told the head dog catcher that he was going to take it home, and as soon as he opened the cage to let Sakura go take a closer look at the dog, the puppy came bounding towards him with a friendly bark and began to aggressively lick him in the face. And just like that, Sakura took a dog home.

He walked home with the puppy in a dog carrier, and to his relief, he discovered that his parent's weren't at home. He immediately went upstairs and began to prepare his room... Putting a bowl of food and a bowl of water in his closet, basically completely lining the floor of his room with newspaper, and getting as many toys that the dog would be able to play with as possible and putting them in a pile in the corner of his room. A rubber ball, a fake mouse, and a tennis ball were all he could find that the dog would enjoy playing with at first, but then he began to improvise. He added an old sock, some fresh laundry, and designer pillow to the pile, and after a deep breath stifle his excitement, he let the dog out of the carrier.

Sakura quickly realized why the puppy had been in the pound. That rascal was very good at destroying things. It almost immediately ripped up the designer pillow, sending feathers everywhere, and then began to tare up the newspapers that littered the ground. And oh boy, did Sakura love it. This little puppy was almost as destructive as he was!

Well, everything was going great until his parents came home... His mother walked in to the house in a fuss, saying something like 'it smelt weird' and something about having a bad day at work.
Sakura did forget to give the dog a bath, so it did smell a bit, but how his mother could smell the dog from that far away he will never know. Almost immediately his mother and father charged up the stairs, ready to ask him if he had brought anything into the house that day, and as soon as they opened his bedroom door, they were ambushed by the dog. The little puppy immediately began to rip at Sakura's mother's fancy dress, and began to bark at Sakura's father. His mother after screaming and frantically trying to dislodge the dog from her dress, looked at Sakura with disappointment on their face before saying "Sakura Theodore Hemsworth, I thought we told you not to bring any more animals in the house!"
Sakura was prepared for this moment. He had been practicing what he was going to say to them all day now, so he puffed out his chest, looked his parents straight in the eye, and said "His name is Max, and I love him."
Sakura's parents glanced at one another, before saying "You said that about a skunk once"
Sakura felt like they had just his him with a brick. "It's different this time! I got him from the pound-"
"So thats why he stinks" His mother said, slowly pushing the dog away from her with her foot. "Go return him please, this house is no place for a dog."
"But-"
"No but's. Take Max back, now, or you won't be able to go out and play with your friends for a month." His mother said, angrily glaring at Max, who was happily scratching behind his ear.
Sakura felt himself start to tear up. He could not let his parents take Max away from him. "No."
"What did you say?"
"I said NO." He said, anger and sadness flooding into his voice. He was ready to give up everything if it meant that he cold keep Max.
"SAKur-" His mother trailed off, watching as Sakura's father kneeled down to pet the panting little puppy.
"I like him" Sakura's father said, looking up at his wife.
"You can't be serious..." Sakura's mother stuttered, in complete shock.
"Sakura, if you promise that you can take care of him, and that you won't bring any other animals into the house, you can keep him." His father said, standing back up.
"I PROMISE!!!" Sakura yelled, running over to Max, picking him up and giving him a huge hug.
The puppy happily began to lick his face again, as if he was just as exited as Sakura was.

And just like that, Sakura had a puppy. Him and Max came inseparable. They walked together, shared food, slept on the same bed, and even destroyed things together. They became the dream team, the ultimate friends, and they lived happily ever after.

The End :3

fav childhood memory:: Lien always remembers the time when his town was being destroyed, but he came home to see his mom baking an assortment of pastries and sweets at the 'local bakery'. Usually almost no one visited, but the bakery was like a safe haven, or a refugee camp for people to gather around. Everyone was sitting in a tight-knit circle at night when the explosions stopped, trying to comfort eachother while sharing artisan bread and mini cupcakes.

fav childhood memory::
Iris grew up as a somewhat sheltered Kal. Her parents were very over-protective of her, and so there were quite a few things in life she missed. It never bothered her, however, that she wasn't able to go to the boy-girl sleepover at her friends house, despite being young enough for it to not be a problem, or that her parents wouldn't let her drink soda or any type of caffeine until the age of seven.
One day, she with her cousin, who was a year older than her. At the age of ten, and her cousin at eleven, they were to the age where they were a little more mischievous. Iris' cousin grew up different from her, and such was given many freedoms for such a small Kal. Iris considered her aunt and uncle too relaxed as parents, almost as if they never worried at all. That always bothered her a bit, because her cousin deserved all of the care and protection from the world- so she always tried to shelter her own cousin, which never worked.
On this day, however, her cousin had decided that Iris would break out of her shell. The two played truth-or-dare, in which Iris was too excited to say truth, but was harassed into saying dare if she did. They were cousins, they knew everything about each other. It had started with the small things like kiss the floor, or ask her cousins parents for five bucks. But something was like a switch when her cousin dared her to do something she had never even considered in her whole ten years of life.
"I dare you to drink the dill pickle juice from the jar!"
Iris blinked at this for a moment and chuckled nervously as she got out the jar. "B-but there's still a pickle in there!"
Iris' cousin rolled her eyes. "I'll eat it, come on." Her cousin reached her hand into the jar and started crunching on the dill spear.
Iris took a deep breath. The pungent scent of vinegar filled Iris' nostrils and made her wince. As she tipped the jar back to let the off-colored liquid flow into her mouth, however, she almost chugged the salty drink. She had never realized how salty pickle juice really was, but drinking it, while making her more thirsty, seemed to curb a craving. She'd have chugged the whole jar, if she had knew that you were supposed to still breathe when you chugged something.
Her cousin made her stop when half the jar was empty. "How do you like that?" Her cousin took the jar and sniffed it carefully, holding her nose and shuddering at the sharp scent. She carefully tipped the jar back and took a small sip. "I guess this is okay. It's not bad at least!"
"N-no give it to me, I wanna finish it!" Iris complained as her cousin took another drink. Better than the time she was introduced to soda, or when she got to eat a chocolate lava cake, she was suddenly in love with pickle juice.
Iris downed the rest of the jar, pleased with herself. Her mouth was dry despite all of her drinking, and she was still parched.
"Hey cous, I dare you to go ask your parents to go buy each of us a jar of pickles!"
"You better believe it."
That had been a special day for Iris. Even though it may have sounded weird, or even like something that anyone is exposed to, it was a huge bonding moment for her and her much less sheltered cousin.
