Pie Story: alice once entered a baking competition at her school, and she decided to enter with her group of friends. once the day of the competition came around they were paired into groups of 2, and alice got paired up with a friendly girl named rose whom she had never really talked to before. as soon as the competition started the groups were asked to pick an individual theme for each of the groups pies, it was hard but rose and alice decided that their theme would be flowers.

after everyone was done making their pies they started decorating them, alice decided that they could use whipped cream with some food colouring so that they didn't have to use fondant. rose began rolling tiny bits of coloured fondant to use for the leaves and extra details while alice carefully placed them onto the whipped cream flowers and leaves. once the time was up, the judges tasted and examined each pie with eagle eyes. after the judging, the judges gave out the awards. alice and rose ended up getting 2nd place and received a silver plaque each. they were very proud of themselves that day, and alice took this picture before the pie was eaten.
