──────────────────────ㄅɬ◊Яㄚ──────────────────────my siblings and i... we are ∂∆иб∑Я◊ㄩㄅ.
we only ever seem to hurt anyone that comes near us.
as for myself, i've never made many friends anyways. i mean, i've got [name here]. what more could i ask for?
it was late one winter night. the wind howled as a thinly furred, heavily pregnant lioness stumbled through the icy terrian of the ravine. reaching the edge of the ravine, she cried out in pain as one of her claws was caught in the frozen grass. for a moment, she nearly slipped, teetering from the edge and nearly ripping her claw from the grass, which were now more similar to rocks than grass from the cold.
she knew that if only, she could cross that ravine, she could find freedom, food, and a new life... and all that for her children, too.
the lioness squeezed her eyes tight. taking a deep breath...
she sprinted torwards the edge, and
almost there
don't look down, don't look down
๒∆㎡. her front paws landed heavily on the gently frosted grass. her hind legs hung perilously over the ledge, and as she scrabbleld, more of the ravine broke off, falling into the darkness below.
with every ounce of strength she had left, she heaved herself up and onto the grass. she looked up contently at the mountains before her, and sunk her head in the small patch of grass. it was chilly here, but she needed to rest.

from that point on, the lioness ((my mother)) settled into the welcoming community. she died as she lived, taking care of her precious babies. she passed away in labor, and now... we seem to be cursed.
terrible things happen all around us, and most lions i care about are long dead, and it's my fault.
i should have never talked to them. maybe then they'd still be alive.
i stay far, far away from my siblings. i will only bring bad luck to them, and they're the last lions i want hurt.
which is why i'm leaving.
lately, my sister
ꀘꍏꎭꍏ꒒ꍏ has been stirring up quite a bit of ruckus.
i'm betting her guardian will berate her well sometime soon, and then everyone will be too distracted to notice i'm gone. maybe then, i'll stop being such a burden.

One is cold, flowing, isolated. He likes nothing but to be alone and in the quiet. Cold and calculating. Never thinking of emotions or morals, just logic.
And she, oh, that girl is fiery. She fights for what she believes in, and she fights well. No thoughts, just emotions pouring out of her mouth.
You've heard water's plans. Now here is fire's.
────────────────────── "Fine!!" I shout.
Ugh. My dad thinks he knows everything... he's not even my real dad.
My real dad would never put me through something like this! My real dad would love me...
I wish I had my real dad... oh, man. He would let me hunt and play all I want, instead of dumb chores.
After pouting for a little while, I finally think of something I could do.
If I can hunt and kill an entire amani, then I can survive on my own, far from the pride. Maybe I'll try and find the Oasis. Yeah, that's it. I'll leave my dumb dad, and all those bummers in the pride.
And you know what? I'm gonna find my REAL dad! I know my mom is gone for sure, but my dad's bound to be out there somewhere, right?
I'll find him, and, and we can stick together! Like real family... not like my stupid siblings.
I'm sure they'll find out I'm gone, and then they'll be sorry. Oh, they'll be sorry, all right.
Tomorrow night. If I try and leave tonight, then everyone will be suspicious. Maybe I'll even give my dad some "parting words."
Then maybe he'll understand my decision.
──────────────────────Looks like these two are planning to run away... while they plot their escapes, let's look a bit more closely at our protagonist ((or antagonist, depending on how you look at it...))

i say that we give change a chance. the alpha aeon is long gone by now, what else is there to lose?
after all, it is what we did so long ago. should we not fight for the new, as we did many eons ago?
but, you probably shouldn't ask me. i've never cared much for politics, and- don't tell anyone- but i'm willing to change sides if it means i'm on the winning team.
i'm mostly just training to be a scout because i enjoy being alone in the air. there's just something about the ability to see everything and everyone, and to be completely in control of yourself, it's just so... calming.
if you really want to hear about that sort of thing, you should talk to my sister, kamala. she gets really heated about those sorts of things.

──────────────────────
once upon a time,
there was two loner lions. they loved each other very much, and they would do anything for each other.
there was a problem, though- the lioness was infertile. she could not have children. every day, she prayed and hoped and wished- but alas, she could not. all she wanted was cubs, and her life was being torn apart.
the lion could not stand to watch her suffer like this.
so, he set out on a journey. he had heard about a mysterious "oasis" from passing travelers like himself. he thought that perhaps he could find someone to help him there.
it was a long and perilous journey. he walked through sandstorms, the hot desert, and raging thunderstorms. he also met many lions like him, searching for an oasis. nobody ever knew where it was really- there was lions searching in every direction. he felt hopeless. lost, alone, and searching for something unfindable.
taking shelter in the shade of a lone, dead tree, he fell fast asleep.
as he dreamt, a sleek, fully black lioness slunk up to him. she was nothing like he had ever seen before- her huge, soft wings stretched around her beautiful, brushed pelt.
he asked her name, and she replied that she had none. she told him that she knew what he wanted. she told the lion this-
"if you give me your water, i will not only bless your mate with four healthy cubs, but when they are born, they will have wings like mine. however, if you are not there when the birth happens, the cubs will be carriers of a bad luck charm. the mother, your mate, will die in birth, and the cubs will be in bad condition."
he accepted in a second. the lioness warned him once again to be there in birth, and he assured her of his loyalty.
when he woke up, he was certain he knew what to do. he had one problem, though- he did not know what direction his home was.
by the time he had set off in a dazed guess, he had already sealed his doom. he had spend the last of his water away, and there was no prey anywhere. he collapsed, certain of death. as his vision blurred, the black lioness blurred into existence again. she whispered in his ear that she would grant him one last wish, and then put him out of his misery after.
he begged for her to send a message to his mate- "try to reach the pride in the north. you must get there before the cubs are born."
the lioness gladly killed him, and sent the lioness the news. she grieved briefly, but knew what to do.
the black lioness told her that if she gave her her hearing, she would lead her to the pride. the lover agreed, and the other lioness took her ears.
the lover began to weep uncontrollably. she found that her tears streamed in one direction, and followed them- all the way to a huge ravine.
