Relation: Nibble came by his name honestly. From the time he was a tiny colt chewing on his dam's tail to the first time he was moved into his own stall and given three whole Jolly Balls to himself to save the stall from damage, he was constantly mouthing things. Never in a mean fashion, just absentmindedly as he watched the goings-on of the world around him. Around his year mark, Nibs was mouthing his hay, resting his chin in the cup of his feed bin when something started to tickle his muzzle. Figuring it was just a stray piece of hay, the colt snorted but instead of flying away, whatever was touching his face clamped down with its tiny hooked claws. Panicked he shot backward, and the sudden movement dislodged the tiny alien insect. Nibble watched with alarm as the piece of walking food climbed his stall door and disappeared out the door. It is for this reason that Nibble - without fail - dumps every last bit of his hay onto the ground if fed in a bin and studies it for a good few minutes before deeming it safe to eat.
