Personality; There's something about Liki that many people can only describe as "off". She's very distant and hard to reach, and is not very vocal with her feelings or thoughts. Her mood changes like the weather, one hour her face is sunny and she will lead you out of the forest to safety while singing you beautiful ballads, another she is dark and stormy and angry and draws travelers off the path to wander endlessly in the forest if they're lucky, or to meet her face to face if not. Liki makes her judgements quickly and surely, within first meeting her she has already decided whether you will be discarded once she is through with you or if you are one of the few she finds she is in favor of. Those she likes, she will protect at the cost of her own life. Once her loyalty is earned it will never waiver or fade, although this has hurt her when those she cared for turned against her. She can't bear to break off toxic attachments, and despite whatever many find bad or good in her, she has a certain sensitivity she doesn't show.

Desires for the Future; Liki wishes to live in a forest in seclusion where she can escape from other people and live in peace. Her ideal location would have lush, thick greenery set in a confusing expanse that also contains beautiful bodies of water for her to relax in. As for occupation, Liki very much has found enjoyment in her singing. Although she does not exactly use it for good things, like drawing people into the forest to get lost so they won't find her, or to draw travelers to her so she can rob them of their goods if they do not pay for the privilege of hearing her song.

quick thing;; Tohu is an adult and doesn't live anywhere near their family. While it would be possible for them to talk to him, he's not someone they could be close to, as he doesn't believe family is something you're born into. ("I can choose my friends, I can choose my family. If they won't accept me then others will have me.") So if you want him to be close to the kit, while it's possible, Tohu isn't one for it.

Not much of a meaning but you know here's about the goddess that she gets her name from~

Circe was renowned for her vast knowledge of potions and herbs. Through the use of these and a magic wand or a staff, she transformed her enemies, or those who offended her, into animals. Some say she was exiled to the solitary island of Aeaea by her subjects and her father Helios for killing her husband, the prince of Colchis. Later traditions tell of her leaving or even destroying the island and moving to Italy, where she was identified with Cape Circeo.

Personality;
Circe is your typical Disney princess, but really though she pretty much is. Minus the usual outgoing and stunning outer beauty parts. (Mostly just the woodland creature friends parts if we're being honest here.) She is incredibly kind despite the fact that she has not known much kindness in her short life. She has been called a monster, a freak, a beast, if you can name it this poor little one has probably been called it. Though she prefers to avoid her own species now because of this she has never judged anyone just based on first appearances because she knows how it feels to be on the other end of that.

While she doesn't prefer to socialize with other Kalons sometimes she is just forced to so she tries to suck it up the best she can and will often pretend to be brave and charismatic, though it's hard to be charismatic when someone looks frightened or disturbed while looking at you. However upon first meeting someone she always tries to give the benefit of the doubt, though she's often shy and quiet so it's hard to really get a conversation going with her if they do manage to get past her outer appearance. Which makes it even harder for her to make friends because someone has to be really outgoing, persistent, and accepting in order to get her to go over a whisper when talking to them.

Though she has met very few Kalons like that she has actually met a couple and she always describes them as being the kindest Kalons this world will ever know. Mainly for giving her a chance but also for going out of their way to give her that chance. It doesn't really help that she never gets to feel wanted by anyone including her parents. That feeling has made Circe avoid others even more (if that was even possible) even if she is in need of assistance. She just sees herself as nothing but a bother and a burden that she doesn't want to trouble anyone else with so she'll try to figure everything out on her own. Which sometimes you need someone to help you out to get something done.

Circe has has always tried to take very good care of the few friends she has. (*Cough* pretty much just animals because she's a disney princess remember?) She is rarely ever outgoing which leaves her as a follower for the most part, and though she does have good common sense she's often bad about actually listening to herself so she is subject to easily falling prey to peer pressure...or just getting used by others in general. For the most part she just can't say no. Which isn't a good quality at all it makes her seem naive even though she's not. She's just constantly trying to impress and appear useful to anyone who'll give her the time of day. Even if that time of day is just to abuse her.

Childhood;
Circe's childhood can pretty much be summed up in just a few sentences. The short version is she is a very quite loner that has always greatly preferred the company of animals over the company of other Kalons.

Now for the long version, when Circe was an infant butterflies would often find their way to Circe and either land on or just fly around her. However butterflies weren't the only ones to visit the infant. Fauna would come from all over and watch the little one sleep. Sometimes they'd even play with her or try to calm her down if she was upset.

As Circe grew into a toddler she still had many animal visitors and no animals seemed to ever be afraid of her. On the other spectrum however Kalons did seem to be afraid of her, she could never seem to make friends. None of the other children could really get past her outward appearance. They'd call her names and just outright avoid her. The more others strayed away from her the more distant she became towards others of her own kind, she'd soon find herself straying deeper and deeper into the wilderness for longer periods of time.

It wasn't long before Circe stopped speaking to anyone but the animals. This was mainly to conceal her teeth, she felt they made her look like a monster. In fact she felt that her entire appearance was that of a beast. Feeling like an outcast in her own species made Circe bitter towards Kalons and she resented them for the way they treated her when she was young. Excluding of course her family, she may not like anyone else but Circe loves her family. They may be crazy but each of them make her feel at home in their own way.

Circe was never really one to "play" like a normal child. Just like nothing was normal about her this was no different. Rather than playing Circe spent her time caring for animals. If a bird had a broken wing she'd put it in an open box and sit by their side not leaving them for a moment until they were better. She'd often sing or read to them, maybe occasionally carry them around in the box so they didn't have to miss out on anything and could get all the fresh air they wanted.

Despite how closed off Circe is to the rest of the world she is incredibly open with her animal companions. Often going on and on like a little chatter box about the most random things you could imagine. Probably her favorite thing to talk about is how much she loved flying. Occasionally she'd take a flightless animal such as a bunny or squirrel an give them a ride through the air because she wanted to share her love for the activity. They may not always enjoy it at first clinging to her for dear life, but she would never put their lives in any danger.

Desires for the Future;
Circe has always had a love for taking care of other things, and although it might not be your usual profession she has determined that she is in fact going to be a witch doctor. Growing up in the wilderness she quickly learned which plants were poisonous which plants contained vital nutrients and which plants had certain healing factors. So she has taken this knowledge and ran with it. Using it to create her own special tonics and salves which through trial and error she feels she has prefect her craft. At least enough to confidently whip up anything you may need for whatever ails her customers.

She takes care of anything that comes to her looking for a cure or for help be it an animal or a Kalon no one is ever turned away. Though right now she doesn't really have a place of her own, she's working on building a little treehouse of her own in the wilderness. A little sanctuary away from the rest of the world so she can live her life in peace and quiet. Of course once she finishes her treehouse she wants to make another home on the ground so her flightless companions can come visit her as well. That way everyone can be accommodated and treated in a proper environment for them.

Though I've mentioned that she has a keen eye for helpful and harmful plants I nearly forgot to mention that she also has an eye for water based plant life. Also they may not be as fluffy and cuddly as a forest creature but she enjoys taking care of fish and other aquatic life as well. Treating and taking special care of them to make sure they don't go belly up. Though all animals have a tendency to get fussy when being treated she tries to have her patience with all of them.

Circe wants to expand her knowledge, she wants to know everything there is to know about medicine and healing. Even the non naturalistic form of healing intrigues her. Though she doesn't understand what sparked her love for medicine she believes that it was a subconscious desire so she wouldn't ever have to worry about losing someone she cared about. She'd just cure them no matter what ails them.

Speaking of expanding her knowledge she is always excited to make new animal friends so despite her social ineptitude she does dream of getting to travel all over to meet animals she has never seen before. Meeting new friends means getting to help them too and she's always eager to protect her friends whether they're old or new. Plus new places means new opportunities to discover new plants that she could use in ways she herself had never thought of before.

Though it's not really common for witch doctors to travel Circe has always dreamed of being the best witch doctor anyone has ever known. She kinda hopes that if she could become a renowned healer that she might finally be accepted by her own kind. Though that might be a stretch she still has hopes that one day everyone she meets will be able to look past and see through to her inner beauty and the kindness of her heart. She knows if they got to know her that she would be able to make a lot of friends but most Kalons don't even try.

Circe dreams of having lots of friend of all shapes and forms and being able to help all of them. She hopes to become a more caring and loving individual that is able to accept everyone despite what flaws they may have. Though she is full of fear and pain she hides it the best she can so she can be a professional when it comes to treating her patients. There is nothing more she could possibly dream of having if she could just have others look at her the way they would anyone else.

Probably most of all Circe would like to learn to forgive Kalons for how she has been treated before so she can practice medicine with an unbiased heart. She wants to make friends and to be a normal Kalon so she can share all she has learned with others but she fears that she'll never be fully accepted by everyone. Knowing most people tend to avoid her she feels she'll never be able to exist anywhere outside of the wilderness that she has become so accustomed to.

Family Relationships;
Hiro
Circe has always loved both her fathers despite their distance and odd behaviors. Though she's not as close to Hiro because of his depression when she was born she has been trying to make up for that lost time with him by spending more time with him now. She's constantly asking him to take her places in the ocean in an attempt to share in activities that he enjoys. Mainly she tries to get him to teach her about the aquatic life and plants though she's not sure if he actually finds any of that interesting or if he just goes along with it to appease her.

She feels like she at least has one thing in common with Hiro and that's the fact that they're both loners. It's oddly pleasant to spend time with someone that isn't all about being social. Someone who can just understand the feeling of constantly being alone.

Ico
Though it's often times hard to tell Circe can see that Ico does love and care about her and that's really all that she needs. She knows he cares and she cares for him in return though she tries to play it cool like he does by pretending she doesn't. Sometimes she can't help herself though and she'll go out to collect a bunch of flowers that she thinks he might find pretty and she'll leave them somewhere for him to find it. However she won't leave a not saying who left the flowers because she thinks that she is being sneaky about it and that he'll never guess it was her. However she's pretty bad at being sneaky and he'll often see her doing it she just doesn't know that he sees.

She also has a bad habit of trying to give him hints as the where the flowers are because she wants to see him find them but she's too impatient and she makes it incredibly obvious.

Tohu
Circe absolutely loves to talk medicine with her older brother though they have very different approaches to medicine she enjoys talking about each of their healing methods. She mainly loves getting to tell him about some new plant that she has found that she is going to use in her next little "potion." However she is also more than happy to sit and listen to him tell all kinds of stories about operations. Her eyes are often wide with excitement with a "Whoa" or two every now and then while listening to his stories.

She finds it very humorous that her brother is so talented but also so very clumsy at the same time. She'll often try to have a giggle with him about him messing something up just to make sure he doesn't feel bad about it.

Erebos
Circe loves her big brother Erebos and she tries to be very sympathetic towards the memories of his childhood. She loves to go out for a swim with him and though she may not be as strong as a swimmer she tries her best to keep up with him. Her favorite part is when they go diving together. Every time she collects at least one shell to tote home with her and add to her collection.

Always feeling sad for him when she sees that another one of his plants has died Circe tries to help him regrow them after he has killed the poor things with saltwater. She knows that he is a bit hard to teach but she continues to try because she doesn't want her brother to give up on anything.

Kero
Kero and Circe are like two peas in a pod, they get along so extremely well and that's mainly because of how much they have in common. Circe is constantly showing Kero when she makes a new animal friend, finds a new pretty flower, or even when she finds pretty shells on the beach etc. Though he is afraid of the open water and she is not she tries to help him feel better about his fear. Constantly telling him that she'd never let anything happen to him so he doesn't have to be afraid when she's around. She likes to joke that she'll always be his lifeguard.

Though a fear is a fear and of course just saying that you're going to be there wont make the fear go away she at least hopes that her encouragement will provide him with some kind of comfort.

Alvarez
Though Alvarez's volume level can sometimes be a bit much for Circe she finds her brother to be very funny and interesting. His flamboyant attitude always feels as if it's new to her. Being around someone that outgoing and excitable kind of makes her feel a little more reserved than she does around the rest of her family. However sometimes this attitude can also bring Circe out of her shell more than anyone else. It's all very dependent on the situation. She enjoys when she can goof around with her brother and it makes her feel happy when she is allowed to feel like a normal kid.

All and all she knows her brother doesn't purposely make her feel I guess you'd say intimidated, he's just a bit much for her usual sedentary lifestyle.

Cygnet
As the only other female in the family Circe does enjoy getting to spend quality girl time with her sister. She likes having someone to talk to that's not a boy every once in a while because there are just some things that she can't talk about to them. Though Circe is a fairly good flyer she knows her sister is not the best, and since they both share a love of the sky she will often invite her to go cloud watching with her. Sometimes she'll even bring a little bird friend to visit her sister while they lay there and cloud watch.

Circe also will ask her sister to sing for her, and sometimes she'll join in though she much prefers her sisters voice over her own and could sit and listen to her for hours on a nice quiet day.


If it's not shown here then I'm still working on it offsite I just wanted to get everything that was 100% complete posted for now and whatnot to show that I am still trying for this babe. ;o;
