Turbine is calm and a little caring, but he can be annoyed or frustrated easily. He has no perseverance, often giving up the second sonething goes wrong. He is strong, both in mind and actual physical strength. He's actually not very sporty, but he does enjoy running. He likes to take his time and think things through but he needs it to be quite to concentrate well.

Working at the water mill is... tiring. Whilst the physical work is hard, I have this really annoying friend who makes everything harder. Her name is Leah. Someone has to tell me why I'm even her friend. I guess having to work with someone for years requires you to at least get along, since we don't get any work done arguing. I know I'm not always the nicest to work with, especially since I prefer to work alone and do my own thing, so I have to thank Leah for putting up with me.

Leah can be a bit... bossy. She prefers to be in charge, however I'm always the one doing actual work, she only cleans the place, though she has helped a few times... without my permission. Leah is very chatty too, this can put me off my work, especially when I need to focus. Whats worse is that she gossips what seems like 24/7. I personally don't see the point in gossip and if her chatting isn't bad enough making me loose focus, it often annoys me too. There are some jobs I do at the mill that require a lot of thinking before acting. Leah always jumps into action, not even considering the consequences or what she's even going to do. After something's happened she'll see what happened and if it's not what she wants or wanted to do, she'll try it again. At least she perseveres, but she could at least put some thought into her actions once and a while.

I like my job, don't get me wrong, but my friend Turbine, he's annoying to work with. He's rather quiet and takes forever to think stuff through before doing even the tinyest of things. He sometimes gets annoyed when I just do something, often because he's taking too long. I can't see why, but he doesn't like me chatting either. He says I'm putting him off his work or something. He seems to think I don't do any work, but I actually work really hard, why wouldn't I? I do love my job, after all! Ok, so sometimes I can be a tiny bit lazy, but that's only at the worse. Turbine seems to be the one to just give up suddenly. He's abandoned several of his own personal projects, several i'm sure could have got him a promotion or a pay rise if he'd have done them. I can't see why he can't just try again when stuff goes wrong the first time.

Emma is incredibly protective, and usually quite naïve. She is extremely trusting, and incredibly loyal, which is helpful and good with friends and other Kalons who will not mislead her. Emma does, however, take offense fairly easily, and is quite sensitive. That in and of itself has a few pros and cons, falling as a blessing and a curse. On a different note, Emma is very loving, and perseverant. When she gets an idea, she will persevere until it is done! A hard worker, Emma never backs down from a job related challenge.

Ava pawed nervously at the ground, frowning, "Emma and I used to be really close, but I don't know if it can work! We came from such different families, but we were raised from the same people," she paused, deciding it would be best to explain, "Emma came from one of the poorer families under my family's rule. I knew her, but it was only after our village got destroyed that we really met. The two of us decided to stick together, and she really took care of me... But... she just seems ungrateful towards who picked us up," she frowned, "I'm still making it work, though..! She left, but I still keep in touch. Sometimes we write a lot, but Emma's letters always seem so sad. She sounds scared. I'm hoping that in the future, I can meet back up with her and we can just talk about what happened and why she left. For now, I just try to keep her smiling! She likes when I send jokes, and fun stories," Ava gave a soft, warm smile, "I'm just going to keep doing that. I feel like if we stopped, that's what would make our relationship completely stop working..."

Personality :: Princess Allora always tries to be a caring and well mannered kalon. She attempts to treat everyone she comes across with respect and kindness, but this does not always work. Allora does have a rather short temper, which can sometimes cause her to make rash decisions. Many believe she is foolish and irresponsible because of this, but none of these claims are true. Those who know her personally come to find that she is intelligent and she strives to run her family's kingdom as fairly as possible. Princess Allora always makes sure every one in the kingdom is well taken care of, and if there ever is a problem she attempts to handle it in the smartest way possible. (118/200)

The relationship's faults ::

Allora's father, The king of Kaynydd had sent her on a quest to help the kingdom of Atutopia evacuate the town due to major floods. While Allora was traveling to the kingdom through the chaotic storm, her carriage had been flipped over because of the muddy path. She then became lost in the foliage, until she stumbled across Macy, the princess of Atutopia herself. She too had gotten lost in the large and mysterious forest. The princesses were then forced to work together to return to their homes safely. The only problem was that they didn't seem to get along what so ever. There was nothing but constant bickering between the princess duo. Almost every time Allora came up with a scheme that would have helped them in some way, Macy always turned it down, saying that she has a better idea in mind. Whenever that happened, Allora would lose her patience, no matter how hard she tried to stay calm. This usually ended with both girls firing insults at each other, and neither of there plans were put into action. Not to mention Macy would constantly show off. She would always try to prove she's better than Allora by coming up with some childish competition with confusing and ludicrous rules. Allora knew how foolish these contests are, yet she partook in them regardless. This used to cause Allora to even wonder if she would ever see her beautiful palace ever again. But after their grueling quest, the two did eventually did find the rest of the kalons from Atutopia and led them back to Allora's kingdom. Everyone from Atutopia was ordered to take refuge in the kingdom of Kaynydd until the flooding had seized. This forced the two princess to not only share the same adventure in the woods, but to also share the same castle. As you can probably tell, Allora and Macy were not to thrilled about this news. The indescribable feeling of sharing a castle with one of your rivals from another kingdom is about the only thing these two princesses have in common. Their parents keep telling them that they should be polite to one another, so the two girls try their best to get along. Besides, it's not like Macy and Allora would be staying in the same castle for long. Right?

Extra 1::

April 2, 1812~
The Atutopia family has been staying at our palace for only one day and I feel like I am going mad. As I was walking down the hallway to check on our guests, I over heard Princess Macy complaining to her parents about how dreadful and inadequate her room is. What a spoiled brat! We saved her family and her people from the horrible floods and she dares to make a fuss about her bedroom? If it's so awful then why doesn't she sleep with the royal hounds? I did not even bother to enter the room after listening to that noise. The only enjoyable part about the night was the look of pure vexation on Princess Macy's face when the hounds began to make a ruckus during supper. I could tell father was rather angry about the noise but I was delighted. Perhaps I should give the dogs all the left over scraps just for that display.

April 5, 1812~
Father suggested I take Princess Macy out to the garden for a quick match of croquet. Despite my many, many protests my father insisted I do it anyway. He said something about making friends with the Atutopia family but I do not care to do so. Besides, Princess Macy does not seem to care about croquet what so ever. All I've seen her take interest is polishing the many jewels that lined her crown. Well, I do not have anything to lose. Well, besides my dignity. If Princess Macy beats me at croquet, there will be no way she will ever let me forget it. She will hold on to that victory for as long as she lives. I should be going now. Wish me luck!

April 5, 1812~
She beat me. Princess Macy of Atutopia, the girl who is interested in nothing but riches, has beaten me in a game of croquet. Just as I had expected, she's still gloating about her victory against me. However, I was surprised with her enthusiasm towards playing. When I asked her to play, her eyes had widened and she practically leaped out of her seat followed by the words, "What are you waiting for then? Lead me to the garden!" When we had arrived, I let her select her color first. Once we picked up our mallets, and set everything up, the match began. I thought there would be no conversation between us, just boring silence, but Macy Atutopia astonished me once again. She kept the banter alive with some rather witty remarks. I dare say I enjoyed myself. Macy is an adequate opponent and I look forward to winning next time. (444/2000)

Sage, to put it simply, is one of the grumpiest kalons you’ll ever meet. He’s incredibly blunt in every aspect of his life, and he hates any form of socialisation. Other than with Leia, he never puts any effort into his relationships, which is why he’s alone, and has been alone for the vast majority of his life. But Leia brings him out of his shell, she tears away the barrier of brutality and uncovers the sensitive, sweetheart Sage underneath. Despite his initial rather negative impression he gives off to most people, although it takes a lot of hard work and determination, if you stick with him long enough, he can blossom into a kind, caring, and extremely protective kalon. But there is no denying, his behaving like this is rare and extremely unusual, and the vast majority of the time he will just behave like he doesn’t give a care in the world what you think of him, or how rude he may be being to you. Most people don’t have the patience, or don’t even want to try and discover the Sage that Leia loves so dearly.

Making the decision to enter into a relationship with Sage automatically means you’ll be faced with many, many faults and challenges, and Sage’s romance with Leia is no exception. They argue fairly often, but usually over the little things: they usually tend to agree on big decisions, but little things like what dishwasher tablets to buy, or what restaurant to go to usually cause tension. Leia struggles with how difficult Sage is to talk to and get along with at times, which leads to her getting tense and often snapping at him. She feels like she is trying so hard to try and make things work, but getting nothing back in return. The reality is that Sage, deep down, adores Leia, he’s just absolutely terrible at expressing it, and so it leads to her feeling unwanted, unloved and even sometimes as though she’s being taken advantage of, which is possibly the biggest flaw in their relationship. The one thing that really winds Sage up, however, is the amount Leia talks. Seeing as she thinks they never talk, she feels the need to constantly chatter away, which makes Sage feel tense and on edge. He’s more of the type to communicate and express his emotions in other ways, through actions or looks. Sage’s lack of consideration also proves an issue for the couple, he never means to be inconsiderate to Leia, just after years of living alone he’s not used to sharing his life with another person, so often fails to adjust a particular situation to accommodate Leia, which she finds upsetting.

Dear diary, yuri... has been annoying me. This is my final diary entry and it is all because she wouldn't leave me alone, it all started when, last night, i told her that today would be a "Demand free day" and she still been ordering and demanding even when i specifically told her not to... she has been acting as if she is the queen of the world and me? Her peasant... this may be the end for the Flora sisters, I needed shelter and Yuri was the only one that would do so.. I used to have a crush on her but not anymore, Besides a realationship with a person same gender? That is embarrassing... Living with Yuri is just as bad as what happened to my end of the forest... Goodbye, this is the end and you, yuri, i saw your diary and i know exactly why you said yes to me staying... if you werent so selfish you would have still had a roommate.

personality :: Pothos is rather intimidating. He’s impatient and antisocial, so few kalons ever get to really know him. If they stuck around they’d find he’s a peaceful and semi-optimistic soul. Pothos hangs out at the edge of the crowd, often reading a book or playing a video game and ignoring what’s around him. He doesn’t care much for school or most of his classmates. Pothos is a bit of a dreamer. He wants to someday move somewhere less populated, maybe a house in the woods. He’d spend his time alternately curling up in bed with a book and traveling to interesting places, like the rainforest or the mountains. He wouldn’t mind finding love someday, but has yet to find someone he can stand socializing with for extended periods of time.
