      xxxxxxxxImage Neat
xxxxxxxxOne who adores keeping all things nice and tidy, Roo is an utter neat-freak with fantastic organization skills. The feeling of having everything set in place and ready to go as opposed to the constant tugging of worry about where everything is appeals considerably more to her. It's unheard of for Roo to have misplaced something since she knows exactly where anything that belongs to her is placed. Frantic rushes in the mornings are never an occurrence for her as her routine is to set the next days necessities into place before getting her shut-eye. Hence, she is able to always be a rather calm early riser instead of one who wakes with a start at the sound of a late-set alarm clock ringing in her highly sensitive ears. An especially important item which she gives special attention to is her pair of orange rain boots. In the place she inhabits, the Kalons where she lives are visited by daily rain showers. Not much of a bother really to Roo, however she likes to enjoy it when the showers do come in their short lived bursts. Therefore, her RftR (Ready for the Rain?)―or her Rafter as she likes to refer to it as due it reminding her of the rain that falls from the rafters―which is a collection of items she stashes within her small closet by the door at all times, comes into play often. Along with a rainbow umbrella, a handy-dandy water bottle which is replaced every so often, a rubber ducky she's had since she was a baby, and a pad n' pencil, one of these items includes her pair of orange rain boots. Those rain boots are the keystone of her closet. If it were to be shifted to a different place than were it usually lies by the rest of the items within, all tidiness inside would crumble. And of course, Roo would definitely not want that to happen. No siree. Or else things get ugly.

      xxxxxxxxImage Sentimental
xxxxxxxxAs you might think, being sentimental almost always leads to many things being hoarded. Countless things, in fact. However, with her prowess of always keeping things neat, Roo is guaranteed to find all sorts of ways to keep all the items she hoards. When things get too cluttered or if ever she feels blue, she'll turn to all those cardboard boxes she's safely packed away and reminisce in the memories to cheer herself up. After all, cleaning and organizing is her escape whenever things might get too stressful in her life. The treasured of all these and the dearest to her heart is that rubber ducky (you know, the one that's part of the Rafter). It was given to her when she was but a kit by her aunt and she had taken a liking to it at a young age. Ever since, she hadn't requested for any stuffed toys as a kit since she had been perfectly content with her rubber ducky named Quacker. To this day, she still has Quacker. Oh and that's another thing . . . she's especially fond of Quaker Oats (they were the inspiration for her rubber ducky's name) and still owns the very first barrel of oats when she had first tasted the oatmeal as a kit. Crazy right? However, no matter how many things Roo hoards, she won't let them all rot and is constantly thinking of new ways to put them to use. An example would be that oatmeal barrel. It has since been emptied and now serves as a container for her grade school papers . . . you see?! She even saves all her papers from grade school! Not to mention all those old photo albums of when she was a kit as well as every single card she's ever received from anyone ever! I do believe her parents have called her recently and have persuaded her to move those over back to their house . . .

      xxxxxxxxImage Thorough
xxxxxxxxRoo's occupation is an author. A children's author to be exact. She does try to dabble in other age groups, however any and all who know her agree that she writes best for children's books. To be an author requires a lot of attention to detail, even if it's simply for kits! You never know what kits will pick up from stories nowadays, she'll say, that's why you need to be careful about what goes in those books. So, Roo takes special care to re-read and re-read and re-read all that she's written before allowing for her books to be published. It's important to her to get the right message across to children, as well as her proper spelling, grammar, and whatever else (wouldn't want for those kits to learn wrong spelling). Just as well, Roo's hobby is baking. Why wouldn't it be? Her family has consisted of a long line of bakers whose specialty is, you guessed it, carrotcake! And of course, following an age-old recipe (which has been passed down for many generations) precisely takes a whole lot of thoroughness. Roo is adamant to avoid, at all costs, the equally disapproving and disappointed looks on her grandparent's faces if her carrotcake doesn't come out exactly like it should.

      xxxxxxxxImage Merry
xxxxxxxxRainy weather doesn't mean melancholy in Roo's case. In fact, rainy weather means happy inspiration time! This is just one example of her tendency to stay optimistic even in trying times. Bright and jovial, Roo takes the place of the sun when it isn't shining and knows exactly how to cheer anyone up. Give her merely two to five minutes and she'll have you grinning from ear to ear in no time no matter how bad your day might be. It's said that her laughter is contagious, so watch out! Albeit, sometimes she may be so very lively and excitable that some mistake her as a ditsy Kalon who knows no intellect. This is where they're wrong. Behind all that cheerfulness is an amazing mind with which she knows how to teach nearly everything to her peers, even something as boring as schoolwork, in a delightful manner yet efficiently which always proves successful. And although Roo can be vivacious and buoyant, she can also be solemn and serious since she knows where to draw the line of lightheartedness when it's time to really get down to business.

      xxxxxxxxImage Headstrong
xxxxxxxxIf Roo promises you something, she'll stick to that promise. No matter what. And what she believes in is difficult to sway. If you joke with her saying that she must have the best eyesight in the world because of all the carrots she eats, Roo won't hesitate to pull out her reading glasses and rattle off the facts without a single stutter about how, although carrots are high in vitamin A, they don't necessarily improve eyesight. And you will be left there to stand gaping at her as she sweetly smiles with a silly crooked grin, yet a twinkle in her eye which warns "do not question me." She knows her facts and will let you know the truth in the most polite way possible. But, there are times when she's wrong and won't admit it therefore taking a liberal amount of persuading her otherwise since, when she decides that she's right, she won't budge. If she chooses to be stubborn, by golly, she is stubborn alright. If she sets her mind to do something, let's say for example she decides to go on a road trip around the entire world, by all means she will go for it. Thank goodness she hasn't thought of that yet. Don't you go giving her any ideas now!

      xxxxxxxxImage Empathetic
xxxxxxxxWell, even if she may be unyielding, Roo still takes into consideration the feelings and thoughts of others before she makes up her mind about anything really. You can guarantee on Roo to cheer you up as well as to go to for advice about serious matters as well. She'll be more than glad to be the shoulder for you to cry on and confide to. The method she uses which is unfortunately often overlooked by others is the simple envisioning of being in someone else's shoes. It's worked for her ever since the first time her mother had told her about imagining this scenario. Little Roo had understood it literally and thought of herself as her mother walking around all day in uncomfortable heels. She had then gotten up in a rush and had her mother in the biggest embrace she could muster. Of course, her parents had then told her of the metaphorical reasoning of this, but nonetheless Roo had understood the point and has been continuing to try and understand her family and friends by means of this helpful method to ensure she can always be there to provide advice in times of need.
(just in case it's a bit hard to tell, these 🌧 are rainy clouds and these Image are lil' carrot cakes lol)
