Personality:
A kind hearted but somewhat sassy little thing, she can be a bit of a diva. She is nice to her humans, as they remind her of ones she knew as a pup, and she shows quite the affection. She may or may not have started liking Delgado a bit more then a friend, but is confused by her own feelings. She likes the feeling of cuddling and being warm, and does not mind baths.
How they met "Delgado":

Being a pampered gal, she was always with one rich person or another because they, being rich and knowing she was a purebred Chihuahua, of course want a small lap dog, some of them even wanting to keep her in their purse. She didn't exactly take kindly to being shoved into a purse, but if she so much as growled, let alone showed teeth, she'd be dumped by that person onto the next...So, she was given to a man and his wife, and they tried to keep her locked up in the house as much as possible. Of course the chihuahua did not like this, because who would? She felt they didn't really care about her, and so she always tried to find a way out. Well, finally, one day after waiting and watching for what seemed like hours, they did not watch her closely as usual, and when the door opened she slipped out, running to her freedom.

She happened to hear sniffing and a slight growling coming from a nearby alleyway as she was trotting along, so she walked into it despite knowing it was probably a bad idea. Shaking her head as she caught sight of a bigger dog confronting a cat, both seeming to want the same tossed out fish. She barked at the stray dog, and as he growled and turned to her the cat gave a startled hiss and rushed away from them. She softly moved around the bigger dog, and pushed the fish in the little white box towards him, backing up and watching him eat it then they began to talk. She remembered one of the people taking her along to a shelter when they decided they wanted a cat, so she tried to remember the way to it, at the same time begging the dog to come with her...That's how she met 'Delgado' and she ended up convincing him to come to the area the shelter was in, at least.

I figured I'd finish this, so here)

The two dogs were curled up together, when one of the workers at the shelter happened upon them. The worker was able to pick up Chloe, as she was so used to humans, but 'Delgado' was a totally different story. Somehow, they managed to get him inside, and as Chloe hadn't been chipped...She was kept in the shelter as well, as unfortunately during her trek through the streets she got caught on something and ended up breaking through her collar, losing it somewhere along the way. She and 'Delgado' were actually kept in the same cage, as he seemed to have grown protective of her and she seemed not to want to be separated from him.

(If it's alright, her humans might be friends of 'Delgado's' new owner/owners)

Personality: He is overprotective and clingy, but is a very funny dog. While he seems stubborn, he is soft and loving, chasing people around for hours while playing. With his owner, there is no end for the fun! Aside from dinnertime of course.
How they met "Chloe": While he was a stray, he wandered around, trying to avoid contact with humans until he found a small Chihuahua. Her determined and soft nature intrigued him, and soon they became friends. As he helped her to survive, they soon realized food was getting scarce and bitter weather moved in. He led the Chihuahua to a rich house, and told her to paw at the door and beg while he hid. After the humans brought her inside he continued off on his adventure, but soon after, one-day he saw the chihuaua and her owner walking. She noticed him and began barking, getting her owner's attention. The human soon found a new home for him, where he would live a life full of love.

How they met "Chloe": her last owner was kicking her for barking at the neighbors dog. The owner had thrown her on the ground and was violently beating her. Delgado attacked the violent offender, and ran off with "Chloe" in his mouth. They worked together to get through the streets. They had heard about this place from happy dogs who have found a kind home, and that's why they came willingly. Now I'm willing to give them both a good home C:
