1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

step 1;In a large mixing bowl,
combine the flour, baking powder,
sugar and salt. Stir in the milk, egg,
butter and chocolate chips. Pour
batter into prepared muffin cups
or flat bottomed ice cream cones.
Step 2;Bake in preheated oven for
15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick
inserted into the center of a muffin
