are small, social creatures that are commonly mistaken for mice, as they're seen scampering through houses and living in mice holes. They're very curious about coins, nails, jewelry, anything that shines! But the most admired object of all is the bell. They love the way they jingle and glimmer so much that its become a custom to wear them!

sense it's wings and paws are so sparkly, they don't seem to care to wear bells! Instead, they have a mysterious glowing orb...? what's the story behind this jingle?

What's their story? Where did they come from, and what's the mysterious orb all about?:
"Queen, is it almost finished?" An attendant peaked her head in the room.
"Yes child, nearly. You may come in." The queen beckoned her in. They observed this creature
being born, wings being placed on its back, it was perfect.
"Queen! What a wonderful thing you've done! You made life!" The attendant bounced around.
The queen celebrated too, but was drawn back when the creature had a weird aura to it.
"What's happening?" The attendant gripped the railing
"I'm not sure, that was the last step. Nothing else should be happening," The queen looked around,
seeing if anything was out of place.
She then noticed it.
"This leaf!" She rushed over to try to move it but it was too late. The aforementioned leaf was
what decided the size of the creature. Depending on where it was placed signified the size.
It was far off where it needed to be.
The creature quickly grew. The queen was quite concerned, knowing a creature so odd looking
wouldn't fit into the human world. She went ahead and modified the spell to morph the creature
into a jingle, a species known by humans.
She might have been able to just leave it, keep the size (as they weren't that big,) but she
required smaller mounts so it would be easier to hide them.
She then teleported it away to a place where jingles thrived. The only thing she never noticed
was it's inconsistencies with actual jingles. Like the orb that replaced the bells (which also likes
to talk to Kelisray) or the sparkles on her paws. Regardless, she fit in quite well and lives a happy
life.
