Sardon is a very underappreciated gem with little importance. Her sole purpose is to serve whatever high ranked gem bought her, although she is like a pearl in that she is mainly owned due to her looks. She is stuck with the appearance of what are called "Kalons", and the looks and comments made about her make her uncomfortable with herself. She is very nervous and isn't the best at her job, and there have been plenty of times where she has messed up enough for her owners to punish her. Since she's only kept for her appearances, most owners keep her despite this.

(P.S. I don't think the drawing is the best, but you can look at it and imagine her in your head, because she looks better in my head X3

P.P.S. I'm probably just too critical of my drawings though.)
