so sorry for the long wait on this! i'm working on something while i announce the winner here, so it'll be a bit of a short post ;u;

after deliberating, ms. fortune and i have decided that the winner is commandant. i did let their personal preference of how the child would have been raised account for some of the judging, since it was their pair that had the child and they were unavailable at the time of the warning given. as well as that, i based it on overall development shown and depth to the character; if you're not a fan of that, i apologize, but that's how i decided to weigh it.

'HMs' (cannot be counted since this was community hosted) go to kaede., eikki, and tinylittlebox for their work. i'm sorry i can't offer anything more, but your forms did go worth a mention. ^^

if you would like to know why we did not choose your form / hear a loose critique, please pm me, but be aware i may not be able to respond immediately! thank you <3
