Lukaski smiled and closed her eyes, her tail lightly swaying to the beat of the jazz music coming through the radio as she lay in her bed.

Lukaski has always had a fondness for jazz, or really anything that had a good beat she could dance too. Its rare a day when Lukaski dosen't feel like listening to music. She feels music has helped her overcome many obsticals over her lifetime. Lukaski is a very friendly viscet, but not extremely social when around strangers. Her most treasured possession is small red pendant she wears constantly. Her mother gave it to her when she was young.
Lukaski adores roses and absolutely loves going to the beach.

Tell Me Something About Them
Hunter has always been a fan of the waters, the waves, and a big fan of hurricanes. Yes, he was very strange as a child because he thought it was satisfying to watch a hurricane destroy buildings on the news, but yet had a big enough heart to feel bad for the people who lost their homes and such because of it.

Hunter has also been a big fan of the mythological creature, the Kraken. Having read many stories of said monster destroying ships and taking down armies, he's fallen into quite an interest with them, along with other mythological creatures.

Hunter has been nicknamed Kraken as well, because he usually loves to play in the water and scare people, and because of the tentacle-like markings he has. He is very quick at swimming, which is his favorite sport, and he loves to go out to the beach just for it. Even getting stung by a jellyfish that washed up on shore, or getting pinched by a crab can't keep him away from the waters. In fact, some people think it's impossible to keep him from the water because of his interest with it.

The rule being used to reclaim this Viscet was edited in well after the creation and adoption of this character. Species rules pertaining to reclaiming and readoption may not be retroactively enforced unless the character's owner agrees to the change (as, by adopting, owners agree to the rules and terms of the species at that point in time). As such, the character may not be readopted and belongs to Nomatani unless they willingly give it up.

It wasn't unclaimed I claimef it the same day, how is that fair.. I still want my babies, I claimed her..

This is indeed the case, Goat. But since the our staff never had it explicitly outlined in the rules, this matter has been overturned by CS staff. And while I understand them doing their job, and appreciate them taking the time to discuss this matter in depth with me, it's still somewhat frustrating I won't lie. Regardless my hands are tied and at the moment there is nothing that I can really do aside from complying. Which I've come to terms with, but with our rule changes any batches made as of the change are held to them, so please keep that in mind. I'll likely add a more in depth how-to on claiming batches so it isn't confused or misunderstood again.

So this is what I will do, Nomatani - you have to claim the batch the following ways or it will not be "claimed" under our archives and our policies, meaning you will not be capable of using it in future breedings or otherwise within the community. And it is advised/preferred that you claim it sooner rather than later of course.

You need to first contact the other parent's owner since they never did comment whether you were permitted to keep this viscet or not. Confirmation will be by them posting a "yeah this baby is going to them" or something similar, or a screenshot from a pm along the same lines. Then you must post here with name & gender or you will not be updated as the owner, alright?

Please keep in mind, should this ever happen again in the future now that you are aware of the procedure that we will confiscate the batch(if left sit for 30 days or longer) and put it up for adoption, since that is our rules now. Please take special care to note all the rule changes as well so there isn't anymore confusion, if you have a question regarding them refer to our FAQ, if it's not answered there then feel free to contact viscet staff.
