Story (1,000 Words Max.): Grim was sitting alone in his nest. a cold wind was brushing his fur. He looked off into the rising sun and noticed there was something coming towards him. He stood up and squinted then dashed to get out of the way. his bright pink friend poppy crashed into the mountain side. He held out his paw for her to take. She smiled and stood up and brushed herself off. " Someday Grim. Someday." I sighed she was about to give her little speech. she loudly shouted " SOMEDAY GRIM, YOU AND I SHALL SOAR THE SKIES ON MY INVENTION!." i looked at the broken wreck of leaves and branches. " i'll pass." She looked at me seriously. " come on grim we can dwell on the broken invention later it's in the past let's go." I sighed as poppy dragged me down the mountain. we walked into the forest. This was our favourite place Poppy could run around like the crazy girl she was and i could sit and whisper to the spirits. I sat down and closed my eyes. I opened them again and saw a friendly spirit had wandered over to me. I smiled and she smiled back then descended into nothing. Poppy appeared in front of my face and said " come on tag your it." I stood up and began chasing her. I eventually caught her by climbing up a tree then jumping down and catching her. She sighed " well i guess i'll see you tomorrow." I nodded and began the long trek up the mountain to my nest. I turned my head and watched poppy ran off into the distance. I had no idea how she got to me everyday and got home by night when she lived on the other side of the mountains. she told me it was wonderful and i would like it but i didn't want to leave this wonderful forest.
