yes, he can! his cyborg parts are all fully functional - so he can see through his eye & feel w/ his robotic arm! [but that also means he can feel pain too]
its kinda hard to see, but if you look you'll see that his cyborg eye follows his other eye to look in the same direction [though if he concentrated he could probably be able to make it look the opposite direction], and it also closes like his eye does to mimic it!!

Oh that's cool! Also makes sense why he hasn't noticed yet. And the whole feeling thing is neat, I don't think I've seen that concept in a cyborg yet; now I have a bunch of headcanons for how it works.

i based that concept on the fact that... well the nerve system is basically just a bunch of sensors and electric impulses :p & it'll be useful in cases of danger - yknow, he'll be able to touch something and feel that its hot/painful without damaging his delicate human hand [esp since metal wont damage as easily as skin & flesh haha]

Exactly, makes sense! That's why my Evan can sense and control to some degree bio-electrical impulses. And that is very useful, and neat!
