Wow everyone has such pretty Viscets!
I'm not really doing any replies since this isn't really that sort of post. I know I've been absent for a while, mainly because I don't really have many people to chat with. So this is just kinda to say goodbye I guess? I'll pretty much only be back to post a new Viscet if I get one just so I can show someone, haha. Gotta keep trying for them.
So yep I'll probably keep lurking to see all the great art, but I'm not really a part of the thread any more.

Who is one artist in the Viscet community who has
inspired you or you really like? Why do you like them
and their art style?
Ohhh my. Its a complete
toss up between Howling, Mintchip, Grifforik, Soul, and Quilinx
(I think thats how you do their name..) I love their styles because
its realistic and cartoony at the same time <3
PLUS THEir backgrounds <3

Is there any Viscet trait or mutation that you just can't
seem to draw correctly? Do you happen to have a Viscet with this trait?
I can't do snow leopard tails or fox tails... OR braids...
I always make it pointy at the end like regular tails ;-;

And finally, is there a type of art that you want to
try that you never have?
(Doesn't necessarily have to do with Viscets. Some examples could be
animation, sculpting, writing...)

Well guys, just here for a few things.

Do you guys remember those animated lines I made a while back? I certainly do. I was hoping to do a bunch of color ins for them buuutttt... I have like no free time nowadays. Which is no prob to me. I can't stand sitting still. LOL. It should also be no problem to you guys either cause... insert drumrole... I'm giving them to the community as gift art! Whoop!!!

Here's the base lines. If you guys send in any special requests, I can do some lines with certain mutations too. X3 That would be no problem at all. Just ask if you'd like some.
If you need the sprite sheet to make it into a gif, feel free to ask for that too.

Meet Mama Pantera, aka
Annabelle Pantera! She's
the loving mother of
Origami, Panema, Sol,
and Vihkama! Her mate
is the lovely Ortus Pantera,
and she loves to spends her
days in the gardens,

make paper flowers! She
often goes by the nickname
Belle, and will do anything
for anyone if it will help
them get to their goals. If
you ask one of her children,
they would tell you she has
a large weakness for puppy
dog eyes.

Meet Papa Pantera, aka
Ortus Pantera! He loves his
four children, and will do

He is a retired Marine, and
an on-call police officer. He
doesn't spend much time at
home, because he's out
saving the city from the
people who will do evil to

My super scary, battle-hardened, old military girl, Sebastian, has finally found her life-partner in a young punk named Jesse. <3

she's very curious as to what a young man like him would want with an old broad like her, but the two connect on a very emotional and very deep level. While she protects him from any physical harm, he protects her from any emotional or mental harm — keeping her grounded when she needs it. She hasn't had fun in a very long time, and this little viscet has shown her what having fun means again c: precious lil babies.

he watched her from afar for quite awhile, and with the help of his supportive and loving mother, gathered trinkets for Azula. He would bring these trinkets to her until she gave him the time of day which honestly wasn't all that long. The two became friends first and foremost and when she realised he wouldn't hold her back from doing whatever it was that she wanted to do, she decided he was a rare find and the two have started their mate-ship c:

She's a feisty little thing who speaks her mind no matter what. She'll put anyone in their place if she has to — and that includes Kah's sassy tail mouth, Ama. Their relationship is so precious because even though she's a tiny little viscet, she's the one who protects Kah and keeps him calm... She doesn't like anyone messing with her man. She'll rip your got dang head off is2g.

*** EDIT;;; GOSH I FORGOT TO SAY!!!! I used a reference from the reference repository by Strudel in order to get the facial structure correct for the headshots!! And thank you SO much, Strudel, for redlining the fullbody of Azula so I could fix her anatomy!!!!

All of you are such great artists and all around great members of the Viscet community, so you definitely deserved this!

Ok guys, just warning you ahead of time: this will probably get a little weird... So, to make a long story short, I have this set of colored pencils, and all of them are super dull, except this one musty orangey-yellow color. There is not a single thing in this world that is that color, making this pencil pretty much useless. I mean, I like the color, but have nothing to draw... (I don't have a picture of it, but will post a pic if you guys want to see it or I will figure out what color code it is.)
Also, I have been thinking about wanting to get a custom Viscet, but was unsure what to make it look like. I've had a few ideas in my mind, but was unsure how to put them together into a design.

The other night, I had a dream that I was sitting at a table in a yellow, 1950's style room, drinking a large glass of milk (the cup looked something like this.) Across from me, there was a Viscet sitting and drinking a glass of milk as well, and we were arguing about something (I can't remember exactly what though). It was a friendly argument, and I enjoyed talking with them, even though I can't remember what we said to one another.

I am really excited because the Viscet was the color of my unused colored pencil!! I hate that pencil because it's useless to me, but now it will have a use (hopefully)! The Viscet also had a design that I have never seen before. Anyways, I took notes on what the design looked like before I forgot, and am hoping to make it into a real Viscet soon! I don't currently have a DA account, but will probably make one soon so I can save up some points to buy a MYO ticket.

Sorry to make you guys read that weird story, but I'm just super excited about this idea and finally having a use for my least favorite colored pencil !

Also, if you happen to have a Viscet whose main color is the color of my pencil, feel free to PM me and I would LOVE to draw them for you! (I'll do almost anything just to use this pencil.)

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I thought everyone's answers to my questions were super interesting! (I didn't know that horns were such a problem...)
