Chip, at a loss and in a slump over wondering how he would ever get a tail, was quite bummed.
To cheer him up, he went to a close friend's New Year's party. Here would be the place where
Chip finally would get inspiration- for when he saw the glittering streamers hanging from the
ceiling, he was entranced by them and ended up nabbing a few after the party came to an end.
To this day, Chip ties the streamers in neat, tight knots in his rear-fur and runs as fast as he can.
Seeing them flare and twirl in the wind whizzing around him brings him much enjoyment. They may
not be his actual tail, but Chip treats them as such, and changes the colors when he wants a new look.
